Its really easy to use thats the most thing i like about it

I have been using Planswift for a number of years now. Prior to purchasing this software I did quite a bit of research on the different takeoff software. I find that this product is one of the best.

Building indexes is a little more complicated than it should be.

Service can be a little slow.

Worth the price.

Planswfit is one of the best take-off software on the market. The main thing I like about it is there are tons of added plug-ins that are trade specific, this helps streamline the takeoff process if there is a specific style of take-off a company would normally perform.

Planswift sometimes can sometimes crash or if your computer loses power it will force close the program and sometimes will corrupt the file and the take-offs will be lost.

Planswift provides and easy to use takeoff software that is usable by multi trades or can be detailed into a single trade take-off software. Either approach PS helps streamline the takeoff process to so you are not stuck solely doing take offs.

Ive used planswift for about 7 years now and there is a lot I like about the program. Takeoffs are simple, navigation is easy, take offs print clean and had tons of room for expansion

There is not much I dislike about Planwsift. Possibly a cloud based option or server would be great, but I think they have thus created that since we have been members.

Planwifts is the leading takeoff software and helps streamlining take-offs and annotations that need to be made to plans. Red lines can be drawn on documents to provide a professional look instead of hand drawn, its all around a great take software.

You could split all the layers (BoQ items) based on separate drawings.

PlanSwift doesn't remember the last open windows (drawings). You have to open each time you restart the software.

Despite I had no experience in takeoff and estimating, I could easily understand how to extract quantities from the drawings and details.

It is an excellent software for quantity estimation and takeoffs . This Software has made my life so easy, and I have said goodbye to the calculator and hand calculation that was so time-consuming, and handling drawings was also not an easy task. In PlanSwift, you can scale pdf drawings easily and manage them according to your projects and calculate each and every item quantity from Excavation to finishing of the project and the best part is that it got linked with excel

PlanSwift is overall a good software, but sometimes it hangs whem switching tabs

I recommend all Civil and MEP estimators to use this software. It will surely increase your productivity and will be an excellent tool for estimation.

PlanSwift has helped me solve one of ther problem that was handling drawings and it has also helped me with quantity estimation and takeoff for BOQ and rate analysis.

Very accurate, fast, and reliable. I have used a lot of programs and I like this by far the best. The best feature I like is the magnification or the crosshair lines to show where you are at on the page.

Nothing to say here I like all the features of Planswift. But if i had to choose I would say the slowness of converting items over to the excel documents. I have had some issues there.

We are doing take-offs for residential home construction. It has helped us itemize a lot of the items we use every day from our trade partners.
