I love that it is integrated with all of the rest of our planning center resources so we don't have to get a separate app or send people to a different site. They can see everything in one place.

From a user end, I like all of it. I haven't spent much time on the other side of it, but I do wish we could use it as a point of sale as well for our bookstore.

It gives us one place to send our people for all things church because it is all on the church center app. So it's ease of integration into what we're already doing is great!

It's easy to use, automatically sends email receipt to donor, bookkeeper has easy access to reconcile books.

Would like administrator to be notified when changes are made to a donor profile or when there are duplicates in the system

Planning Center is not just for giving, there are other features and they can be connected nicely

Tithes and offerings can be directly entered into our account, sends statement to donor. Saves much time!

This has been by far the easiest system to set up for our organization to accept payments.

We just rolled out planning center giving as a new giving platform. We integrated it into a church that by and large did not have a high percentage of online givers. We jumped from 30% online giving to almost 70% online giving with it a month. The platform is really easy to use and easy to set up.

Really nothing at this point. There are a few things that you have to get right early on in the administration set up side to make it easy to use on the user end but overall it is excellent.

Do you the work on the front end to make sure that the roll out for your people is a really good experience utilize planning sitters help center as a resource they are great! This was a much easier transition than we thought it was going to be.

Especially with COVID-19 shutting things down we needed a quick and easy way to establish an online giving platform to allow for our congregation to still maintain giving as part of their regular worship practices this solved that for us.

The entire suite of tools from Planning Center are, in my view, a must-have for a church of any size. Their Giving platform is beautiful, it works seamlessly, and is easy for congregation members to use — even the older ones who are tech averse. That’s the best part. It works and is easy to use.

There really isn’t anything I dislike. It’s well-thought-out and works.

I love the ease of the user interface. It was easy for our entire team to learn. We also appreciate the pricing point and the ever-developing feature list.

I don't love that the text-to-give option is location based and then doesn't show the organization you are logged in with. The way it is set up limits use for non-profits without a specific location. It is also poses a problem for our church if people go to more than one location in our area that uses Planning Center. Right now we have a neighbor ministry that uses PC, but not specifically the giving app. If they switch to it, it will be harder to navigate the text to give for those who attend both. Not a common situation, but it actually caused me to not want to use the text to give option for my non profit, because it will be confusing which company they are logged into if they go to the event of the non profit, as well as the church.

Do it! We love it from every angle so far, and haven't run into any issues.

I use this at a church and for a nonprofit. We are able to have a cohesive giving system that is easy for both the user and the administrators. At the church, we love that we can join all the forms of giving into one database system.

I love the ability to consolidate all giving activities, both cash and electronic into one report. Further, the highlight of first time giving is amazing. This software makes year-end reporting a breeze.

I'm frustrated that the actual online giving portal isn't the best. Further, there is no kiosk function.

I recommend you commit fully to the program. Also incorporate services, people, and check-ins for the full experience.

We use the planning center suite for multiple uses at our church. The face that they are all integrated help the system work flawlessly together. They have made online giving easy for us to implement as a church.

Planning center can meet multiple needs of a church and they really understand churches. You do not have to try and make a business software work for religious needs. The cost is also scalable based on the size of the congregation.
