The lack of consideration for skills that could be inferred from the positions and experiences of individuals within their resumes, for example.

What problems is PitchMe solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great tool to sort candidate with the help of AI

What do you like best about PitchMe?

It saves time and helps recuriters to shortlist candidates as ease. It helps us to select based on skills.

What do you dislike about PitchMe?

Some features are not enabled in this tool. It can work better if some bugs get fixed. Some potential candidate are not get shortlisted.

That it is a service that focuses on the skill and not the sum of all work. Most people can do a job , the rest is just noise

Worried more information could be helpful but depends on the role

I am a fan of this software. I do not have much that I dislike about the software.

even while in recruiting there are so many decisions that require the involvement of an HR guide who can understand values and culture where as pitch me cannot

What do you like best about PitchMe?

All i know about Pitch me that it use AI and machine learning and build a real time profile of candidate. Because of these features we can even see beyond the resume of the candidate and can make hiring process efficient.

What do you dislike about PitchMe?

Most of the candidates have not updated there profiles online since long and has not updated skill set etc because of which if you search the specific skill set in PitchMe 50% of potential candidates are not even shortlisted

I like how I can review applications, shortlist candidates, and collaborate with my team after interviews with PitchMe. It has tools to sort candidates based on qualifications rather than just flashy aspects of a resume. This helps us hire better candidates

What do you dislike about PitchMe?

PitchMe is not as user friendly and well-known as other tools such as Indeed or Ziprecruiter which made the learning curve a little longer than we would have liked.

PitchMe has helped us more efficiently sort and review candidates after Pitch Me does a lot of the hard work for us.
