It has a bunch of features which gives you great ideas for your business. Especially in regards of contracts and payment plans this software is doing great. As an admin it was easy for me to adopt things and they mainly worked. However I needed support from PG from time to time to make some other adjustments. Support worked well as we had a dedicated Customer success manager from PG side.

Some smaller design bugs are still inside. While using software the German translation was not made that well, so we had to adjust few things and translations together with PG. Also in regards of German tax laws we had to make a lot of adjustments which ended in a back and forth for weeks. In the end everything was set up, but took quite a while.

Just check the market, as there are two main players - PG and eFitness. Both are doing great, depending on your needs. So go for a deep dive and test both apps before choosing one.

I like the out-of-the-box solution, which PerfectGym provides. They will serve your counter software, your membership management, POS and also serve your customers with an app, so basically you just have to focus on your customers itself.

Usually i do not dislike anything about this app but maybe new members can found difficulty while using this app

We are new to the automated kiosk part of it but so far we like it. Really helps to offload some of the activity scheduling and management off of our trainers and into our guest's hands.

There's a slight learning curve, probably because a lot of the features are very powerful and they can be customized to a great degree

Scheduling, scheduling, and scheduling! LOL... this is the main challenge many boot camps and gyms have and this product is (for lack of a better word) perfect for solving this...
