Excellent advise and a very quick response

I have been struggling to figure out why for some the bank holidays are automatically being deducted from the system while for others that did not happen. Brigitta has been absolutely fantastic! her response was very quick and straight to the point therefor this issue was resolved in record time. thank you :)
