I often use PDF Reader Pro for its annotation and search functions, which are very helpful to me. These features help me to reconcile invoices with my colleague. The best part is that there's no need to set it up; I just download it and can use it very easily.

Essential for everyday use

I use this every day by default. Although I don’t subscribe to unlock additional features, I can only imagine the possibilities and advantages they offer. When my small business grows enough to require them, I’m confident it will remain intuitive and continue to simplify my work life.

Easy to Edit PDF Reports

What do you like best about PDF Reader Pro?

So easy to load and have form ready for editing vs the others. We had a non-mac user start using and correcting the forms without asking for any help! She even praised how easy it was to use. Purchased a 2 seat license and no regrets. Will purchase more as the team grows

What do you dislike about PDF Reader Pro?

The home window that opens each time you open a file, it is only needed for a new user, please have an option to turn off this page once the user is familiar with the features

What problems is PDF Reader Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

Editing PDF reports that require text or number changes before submitting due to errors created during the report creation in another app.

Simplifies Document Handling

What do you like best about PDF Reader Pro?

The simplicity of PDF Reader Pro is what stands out the most and it’s easy to use on mac, with a clean interface that doesn’t overwhelm you with too many options which clutters or degrades the experience.

What do you dislike about PDF Reader Pro?

I occasionally encounter bugs when converting files to different formats and it’s not frequent, but it can be annoying when it happens.

What problems is PDF Reader Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has simplified the way I handle documents. I can convert, edit, and annotate files all within one application, which saves me a lot of time and effort and this efficiency is crucial in my consulting work.

What do you like best about PDF Reader Pro?

PDF Reader Pro is very compatible with my Mac Os and plus it'a user friendly. It's easy and nobody needs to learn how to use this. You discover tools and just get the work done. Most of the people I know, at some point have used PDF Pro.

What do you dislike about PDF Reader Pro?

I feel the phone version is better. I am not sure if the desktop lag which happens sometimes is due my own system or something. However I would want it to run more smoothly.

What problems is PDF Reader Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

It am able to view the documents easily and the review feature and collaboration has become better than before. I am able to share annotated documents with my team, ensuring everyone is on the same page.

What do you like best about PDF Reader Pro?

I love how comprehensive PDF Reader Pro is. It has everything I need specially on my mac. from simple annotations to complex form filling. The interface is intuitive, making it easy to navigate through documents. It’s definitely better from competitors I've used before.

What do you dislike about PDF Reader Pro?

Sometimes, it can be a bit slow when handling very large files. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s something that could be improved.

simplifies my document management tasks significantly. I no longer have to switch between different apps to edit, annotate, or convert PDFs. This has saved me a lot of time and increased my productivity.

Excellent customer service👌. They have helped me to resolve the issue I had, that wasn't directly related to their soft, but affected my license and access. They have discussed the problem and provided solution. The programme itself is very helpful once you learn it. Flawless performance

What do you like best about PDF Reader Pro?

PDF Reader Pro just works. Polished product with regular updates. Tons of functionality, much safer bet than the 'free' products out there!!

What do you dislike about PDF Reader Pro?

Adding a signature could be easier, background didn't completely disappear for me, but acceptable.
