What do you like best about PDF Expert?

I am able to use this from my home computer or my mobile device as needed. Being able to convert and compress documents is easy. I use PDF Expert on a daily basis. I there is a signature needed when I am away from my office computer I am able to do that from my phone.When I needed support from the company they responded in a timely manner and solved the issue quickly. The implementation within my company has been smooth for many years and it is the application I will use on a daily basis. I recommend this app to other because of the ability to implement, use and the impact it has on my efficiency of my company.

What do you dislike about PDF Expert?

I think the price has gone up over the years.

Great product, even greater support

I have been a mac user for the past 15 years. Up to a point Preview was enough for my needs.

But as my needs grew, I thoroughly searched for a software which would offer a wide range of tools, at a correct price.

I found that on PDF Expert. They offer a lot of tools and funcionality, most important for me the ability to scan/create your own sets of signatures+color stamps, or the ability to quickly reduce the size of a huge PDF.

Most importantly however is their very quick, very responsive customer support - and that really makes the difference because you understand that you are speaking with a person who respects the fact that you chose them as a customer.

Edit PDF documents quickly and easily without crazy subscription costs

What do you like best about PDF Expert?

I love that this was a once off purchase, and I'm able to use the app forever. I can edit any type of PDF document: the text, images and add / remove signatures.

What do you dislike about PDF Expert?

Sometimes you have to save a "flattened" version of the document before you can place an image or text.

Recommendations to others considering PDF Expert?

I definitely recommend this product! It's a once off payment instead of monthly subscription charges. It works well on Macs and PCs.

What problems is PDF Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm able to edit PDF documents, and/or sign them so this is saving me time and money because I don't need to purchase licenses or other software to do the same job.

Makes my job easier

What do you like best about PDF Expert?

I have never used a multi-function program like this before. It makes the redaction process a breeze - remember the days of the black magic marker? Bates-stamping documents in literally seconds ... Adding text a breeze. Great program.

What do you dislike about PDF Expert?

Since using this program, I literally have not found a thing to complain about.

What problems is PDF Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major benefit is the time-saving that this program affords me.

Exceeds Expectations

What do you like best about PDF Expert?

I love that I can easily edit my PDFs with PDF expert. Even better, with PDF Expert I can reduce my file size considerably.

What do you dislike about PDF Expert?

Wish it allowed me to create editable fields.

Recommendations to others considering PDF Expert?

This is an excellent tool for editing pdfs and sharing with others. The only downside is that this is a MAC program, so if you are a Windows user, PDF Expert will not work for you.

What problems is PDF Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to edit and tweak a PDF after I've created it. Simple things, like: delete a page. combine mutliple PDFs into one file, and reduce file size.

Great for editing PDFs!

What do you like best about PDF Expert?

I love the ease of editing PDFs quickly. The finished product looks like it was never edited!

What do you dislike about PDF Expert?

On some documents, the formating of the document can take some extra time to make the edited text fit appropriately, but I have always managed to make it work.

What problems is PDF Expert solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can quickly edit documents for clients when they do not know how to. It makes my jobs go faster and more efficient.
