I was initially apprehensive about its use but after a little use I could use it steadily for both converting to pdf and vice versa, from my Microsoft applications which I generally use. After using it on other applications I would be more confident to post more positive thoughts. Excellent

Excellent, personalized customer support. PDF Candy gets raves from reviewers: it's an attractive, robust, and inexpensive alternative to the pdf editor made by the Baked Mud Corporation. I've been using PDF Candy on a limited basis for a couple of months and I have been impressed with how well it manages .pdf editing tasks and document conversion (.pdf to .jpg, .tiff to .pdf; .pdf to Word, etc.).

I convert a lot of PDF files to JPEG and the other way round for my design software. I havent used many other features

This company has high integrity. I couldn't use their software through no fault of their own and they refunded my money.

I was using PDF Candy to help resolved an issue with MS Word. The desktop version seemed to fix it, but the web version did not. I contacted Tech Support. They responded quickly and gathered my info to investigate. I had several contacts with Tech Support and they were very responsive. They came up with a solution that solved my problem. They were very helpful. I recommend.
