Very helpful resource

I’ve worked with PayCom in the past as I collected data for the payroll team but in this role, I’m more hands on as THE payroll analyst for my company. First of all, from an employee side, everything is user friendly on the app. I love that I don’t have to go searching for things. From the employer side, they’ve been so open to suggestions and feedback. I will say, “I wish there was a way to do x, y, z…” and lo and behold, there IS! I had my first virtual training with Aly since I’m new to this position and she was super helpful. I had some new questions for Kenya and she was ready and available to help provide support. I highly recommend.

I like Paycom because it is easy to use, and the Paycom specialists are always helpful. If I can't find a solution to a problem, they are always there and willing to be helpful. I know I can always depend on my Paycom specialist to be available when needed.
