I like this app because it is very convenient I can use it on my phone or laptop while traveling.

They do not have a phone number to call. They only have app support.

Pawfinity is a great CRM tool for anyone in the grooming industry. It has a comprehensive list of services to choose from at an affordable price.

Updates to the software have been non existent for a year now and I would like to see some features that other softwares have like taking deposits for new client appointments.

This software runs all our online booking for appointments and is our complete database for our client information. It's great that clients can log into their own profile and update their info and request appointments.

The options provided are adequate to run a pet grooming business and make everything professionally managed.

For small pet businesses which manage their data and services in traditional or other free ways, they might not want to spent for a software like this.

It gets the job done. Most of the software works pretty smoothly.

There are some updates and minor fixes that would make the experience a lot better and easier to use.

The software itself did an ok job at supporting our business. Its a shame i can't say the same about pawfinity as a company.

It's got more complicated over the last 12 months and changes (without notice) have forced us to change the way we work.

We have recently taken the difficult decision to move to another provider and how glad we are we have done this. I have suspended my subscription, which has another 10 days left and it clearly states we would still have access. The owner has gone out of his way to completely ban us from logging in for the simple fact we are moving and the software will not support us. When i asked on their facebook support group i received no response and was kicked out of the group.

Avoid at all costs they clearly do not honor subscriptions and they have your data, which is core to your business working.
