I find the billing to be very efficient, and the support is good as well. They provided the additional necessary reports that we wanted, and they have a good reporting module. Parafait has helped in streamlining the customers' entry and exit and playtime tracking in our playzone. The initial setup was smooth for the most part, having been done online and offline by their team.

As such we have not noticed any negative points. However, the team is closely with us on support part and team will be taken care for any reported issue on a timely manner.

Have no complaints to make. They have been providing a very good service.

Parafait has helped us in automating most of the reconciliation and reporting works, which was earlier done manually. It used to be time consuming activity and often with many errors. Now, we get reconciliation activity done automatically with detailed and real-time reports.

Nothing that we dislike about the product as such. Could use some updates in UI and reduce a few glitches here and there but overall we feel its a good product.
