"Among the best monitoring tools you'll come across"

What do you like best about Panopta?

I'm using Panopta's API embedded in our standard server deployment package. It takes minimum resources compared to other agents.

We are using it to monitor overall health and connectivity of website, servers and network devices.

The alerts are auto-generated and email notifications can also be configured.

What do you dislike about Panopta?

I use this to generate reports and manage other clients (tenants). The report generation is a bit complex and takes time to generate and send via email.

Also the alert is auto-closed but the incidents do not.

Recommendations to others considering Panopta:

It has custom plans, you may choose any and upgrade anytime.

What problems is Panopta solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps to automate and standardize the monitoring of servers and websites hosted on our platform. It's very accurate, and reliable and shoots instant notification as soon as the monitoring parameter threshold is breached.

Great app that’s meant to closely monitor the performance of our business platforms.

PROS: With the help of Panopta, we are now able to monitor the performance and speed of all our tools. We cannot afford to have prolonged downtimes that is why we rely on Panopta to give us reminders in advance. I also like it because of its ease of use that makes it convenient to have on your desktop or mobile phones.

CONS: The functionality of the software is more than what I expect. I can say that Panopta is more advantageous for the business rather than detrimental.

" Great website monitoring software"

What do you like best about Panopta?

Panopta helped us to have advanced website monitoring for our company. With this software, we tracked time and speed on ping. This software is quite easy to use. It is extremely reliable, you can easily customize yourself, convenient warning systems.

What do you dislike about Panopta?

Excellent software that performed its functions well, I can not say the minuses, since we could not identify them for us.

This tool is ideal for enterprises of all sizes.

PROS: Alerts are being sent in different ways that keep us alert at all times. Now we don’t have to worry about outages or system issues because we already pre-empted the issue with the help of Panopta.

CONS: Basically, I would like to see more improvements in the reporting structure.

We are now more aware of upcoming system issues because of Panopta.

PROS: Panopta is not that complicated to learn that is why we decided to keep using it to monitor our systems. It helps our IT team diagnose upcoming issues before it's too late.

CONS: Better dashboard integration should be implemented as soon as possible. Also, the reports are sometimes inconsistent.

"Great tool"

The tool is easy to use. It was easy to setup. It has provided us with a window in to our infrastructure systems from performance perspective we did not have before

Like that I can customize delivery of information to me via email. I like info top be pushed to me to better gauge performance of our systems

Would like more graphical pushes of information

Make sure you do a thorough review of capabilities to ensure it fits your organization. This tool fit what we wanted at the price point we could afford.

Need to be aware of performance of our network, need to look at availability of our systems and also monitor our systems
