I don't recognise at all the negative comments on here, i've found the document signing aspect of the site wonderful to use, an email exchange at the beginning with customer services was pain free and quick.

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

Easy to use, easy to upload and easy to sign, you cannot get better. Editing documents for sig is also very very easy! We love it! We haven't needed to even test competitors.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

Nothing, i dont think theres anything that comes to mind right now1 Its really really easy to use!

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting things signed. We get all documents signed now and easy to store rather than paper docs, or expecting people to print off and sign the documents sending them back.

Great Platform

Extremely reliable, and gives me great visibility into the status of all open proposals, audit trails, etc.
Setting up flexible templates has simplified contracting processes in my company and saved me a large chunk of time per document.

We as one of the companies, using the PandaDoc mainly for creating and submitting our project reports for the clients, are more than happy to use it.

This tool gave us an opportunity to become more flexible in our work.

Using PandaDoc is:
1. Time, and money saving tool.
2. One of the most user friendly app. (even our non IT orientated colleagues are more than able to work with it)
3. Storrage space saving. (dont need to have any hard copies of the documents, or to have your personal harddrive capacity "ocupied" by a lot of GB of "old"& archived documents, and reports.

What do you like best about PandaDoc?

I have been using PandaDoc for requesting signatures for my small business for over a year now and I am loving it! It has made the process of requesting signatures so much easier and faster. The user interface is very intuitive and easy to use.

What do you dislike about PandaDoc?

The biggest downside of PandaDoc is that if not using the free plan, the pricing can be a bit expensive for some businesses. That's not a problem for me because I use the free plan.

What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?

PandaDoc has been a lifesaver for my small business. It has allowed us to quickly and easily request signatures for contracts and other documents, saving us time and money. We no longer have to worry about printing out documents, having them signed, and then scanning them back in. PandaDoc has made the process much simpler and more efficient. We can now send documents for signature electronically, and the signer can sign from anywhere. This has allowed us to close deals faster and keep our business running smoothly. PandaDoc has been a great addition to our business and we highly recommend it!
