What do you like best about PandaDoc?I really like how easy PandaDoc is to use, especially for preparing and aligning sales agreements and quotes for client signatures. The interface is intuitive, and I appreciate how effortlessly I can drag and drop fields, keeping everything aligned nicely. I find that PandaDoc functions smoothly without much need for additional learning or documentation. Comparing it to other tools like Adobe Sign, I'm more pleased with how straightforward PandaDoc is for what I need. The initial setup was incredibly easy, and I'm very satisfied overall. PandaDoc just works well for creating documents ready to sign, and I'm glad I was introduced to it.What do you dislike about PandaDoc?I have found nothing to dislike so far with PandaDoc.What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?PandaDoc makes it easy to prepare documents for digital signatures, with intuitive field alignment and drag-and-drop functionality. What do you like best about PandaDoc?I use PandaDoc for sending out documents that need e-signatures. It is a faster way of getting signatures without having to track down employees to sign them. Reminders/expirations, expiration management, and bulk digital signatures haven’t been useful for me. Would like to be able to upload multiple documents for signature at the same time, but keep them as separate documents instead of automatically combining them into one.What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?Templates and content reuse reduced my preparation time somewhat, and I’m able to get documents signed (including on mobile). I can easily send documents to clients for signatures. I like being able to use the templates for documents I use often.

I also find online document creation and template creation/flexibility solid.What do you dislike about PandaDoc?Customizability with variables and fields is a weak point for me, and proposal effectiveness reporting also falls short. It did not replace separate tools or steps for me, and templates and content reuse did not reduce my preparation time. What do you like best about PandaDoc?Pandadoc is very easy to use, even for clients who are not very computer savvy. It saves gas by not having to travel as often to get signatures and it saves paper. It also keeps a record so if you need to access old documents, you have it at your fingertips.What do you dislike about PandaDoc?I dislike having to resend the document if adjustments need to be made. It would be easier to have the signer review the changes and approve or disapprove without having to re-sign. It is also very expensive to purchase a plan.What problems is PandaDoc solving and how is that benefiting you?Again, Pandadoc saves time and money by reducing travel. I don't have much of either so I consider it an asset that benefits me.
