I have been a Pair Networks user since the tail end of 1999. At first they only hosted my personal website, but over the years and decades that stable has grown to include a dozen websites, some of which are integral to my small business. Pair's hosting service has always been reliable, their prices have always been reasonable, and their customer service quick, smart, and on point. I now have a dedicated server with multiple databases, and I love being able to SSH in and work directly on the server myself. I would not hesitate to point anyone toward their offerings.

Honestly, the downsides of Pair are few. Occasionally I have a technical question that they can't answer, but that's almost always because it's a question about software or code that I've installed and not about the hosting environment itself. Occasionally also they have scheduled updates for my server at times that conflict with my business needs, but we can usually work that out. Either that, or the disruption ends up being very short.

Pair Networks is providing the entire web infrastructure for both my business and personal needs. I have an unparalleled level of control over my server environments, which I appreciate, and they have rarely let me down with outages. My web services need to be available around the world 24/7, quickly and responsively. Pair solves that problem for me.

Many hosting provider charge for SSL but Pair Networks does not charge anything. I used this hosting services for 3 years and never found website down and security issues with my website. Email services also good from Pair Networks. when i send email than it goes in inbox so that customer contact directly to me. No spam or junk email issue found with this hosting service provider.

Online support team are very good to solve website setup , email setup and website migration. We can create website backup easily to resolve devleopement issue.

When i have started my business that time i was looking to create a website using wordpress with a secure server. I researched lots of hosting provider but some found costly and some were not providing along with emails. So my friend suggested me to use Pair Networks hosting for my website. I found good options in their hosting plan for website creation. They provide shared hosting, wordpress hosting and dedicated server. In shared hosting i got option to host unlimited domain in minimum amount.

The hardware updates have slowed down a bit overall they have proven to be a hosting provider. The spam filtering use some improvement. That easily be solve by using third party solutions.

Their management interface lacks user navigation making it challenging to effectively manage domains and emails.

The main problem that pair Networks solves is downtime. it ensures that my website is always up and running smoothly.

pair Networks has an easy to use control center that allows me to get things done quickly, whether it is add email forwarding or mailboxes, or modify my DNS settings. Additionally, most tasks are well-documented.

With my legacy account, overage costs sometimes get out of control. Coordinating the migration to a new account is not as easy as making a few billing changes.

Reliable worry-free hosting at a reasonable price. Support is great.

Junk email filtering could be better. The included filtering is somewhat limited.

There are cheaper options out there. To me, it's been well worth the price for the quality, reliability, and support. The best is never the cheapest.

They are an agency-friendly host. They do not try to steal my customers. Their set up to manage multiple clients works well for me. I've used them for 25 years hosting well over 100 sites and managing hundreds of domains.

My company has been using Pair since we started our business in 2015. We decided on them as our hosting solution because the company I previously worked for used them, and they were very happy with the reliability and security of their servers. During my 8+ years of experience with Pair, our servers have never unexpectedly gone down -- not even during Superstorm Sandy!

They are a bit expensive, although I can't really complain because we are getting what we pay for.
