We use the software for marketing purposes. It has essentially removed our need for production designers, freeing up their time to continue building our brand and evolving it. Our Storefront does the workload of about 15 designers every month.

Very few and small things. I love the software and once you get past the learning curve of Studio, it's just great. You can customize almost every aspect of your products and if you have a dev background, you can do so much with it.

Options are more in Pageflex compare to other web to print applications, and less errors.

Pageflex is the only web to print software which have all the tools and option available for creating complete personalized documents.

Pageflex Storefront is a very good tool for quickly deploying Web-To-Print Storefronts. What I like the most is that is caters to all levels. If you are an entry level "tech" person, you can absolutely get templates online and create a modern looking Storefront with relatively little effort. However, if you have more advanced talent, or can outsource to someone with Pageflex expertise, you can really create stunning Storefronts with all kinds of integration opportunities to create very custom workflows.

There is a learning curve for the more advanced features for sure. But, the payoff is big. If you can dedicate a body to learning Pageflex or bring in a Pageflex expert from outside, this is an easy problem to overcome.

If you are considering for entry level Storefronts - dive right in! If you are anticipating more complex needs, make sure that you have someone in-house who is familiar with scripting, BootStrap, and CSS. Or, make sure you can budget some outside resources.

We use Pageflex for all kinds of customers. From quick stationary related sites to fully automated custom workflows for static and variable collateral. Pageflex Storefront is a great benefit for our customers because it allows to "fast-forward" past the common, redundant, parts that trip up some companies trying to get started with it's built in ability to take various payment types, built in shopping cart, and notifications. You can jump right to the meat of your site.

Ease of use, customer experience and scalability

One size fits all, not easy to customize for individual clients without coding.

Needs to have a full-time employee working on this to get the best out of it and ensure company is using it to its full potential. Sales people need to actively sell this solution to customers at every opportunity.

Freeing clients time from approving individual artwork creations, by creating locked down pre-approved designs which can adhere to strict corporate guidelines.

Page flex is the only thing that does what it does. It really can't be beat.

The user interface can sometimes be a bit counter intuitive.

We send lots of very personalized Direct Mail. Customers respond much better when they can be segmented and targeted with specific creative. They've come to expect it from email, it's nice to deliver it in physical mail as well.

I like that it is an InDesign plug in. Easy to use.

I have not found anything about the application that I do not like.

Pageflex is excellent as a highly personalized mail merge tool. Processes thousands of complex records very quickly.
