We haven`t found any downsides while working with OWOX. If I can`t find something or some feature is strange for me I ask about support team and they help to figure out

It helps aggregate data from facebook and transfer it to google bigquery. After that I can combine those data with data from anothers services we use to see productivity of our facebook ads

What do you like best about OWOX BI?

The platform has everything an enterprise would dream of in marketing analytics. All kinds of analysis including ROPO and cohort, fast ad-hoc reporting, lots of connectors, great support team, and consulting department. OWOX also has a free add-on for data transfer in between most popular Google Sheets|Excel <-> Google BigQuery data storage that is an awesome tool with many great functions.

What do you dislike about OWOX BI?

I’d like to have more step-by-step instructions via video format. Right now there’s only a typical Help section with articles.

What problems is OWOX BI solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s a cost-effective solution that provides us with real-time analytics on marketing and sales performance. By using OWOX we now have lots of dashboards based on data we can believe in to get powerful insights about our risk zones and growth possibilities.

What do you like best about OWOX BI?

Easy to use.

UI is very easy to understand and self-serves.

What do you dislike about OWOX BI?

Nothing specific as of now.

This may change if there are restrcitions put later in future. But all good right now.

Optimizing datasets when I have got something on bigquery and need to work with live data on google sheets -- this is my go to!

These guys are very flexible. They are striving to solve your problem and not send data or reports.

What do you dislike about OWOX BI?

Sometimes there were our own ideas we wanted to have a look at (so we asked to create a report), but we didn't use this data to make any decisions, and the OWOX team could prevent this.
