I am a Computer Tech. I get lots of calls about Microsoft Outlook. I consider myself an expert. I've been working with computers over 30 years and I am a long-time fan of Outlook. I started using the tool a very long time ago. It wasn't always perfect but every new version kept getting better and this new version is truly impressive. It has been successful for me about 90% of the time. I've had files corrupted with viruses, I repair/clean them and then run the tool and I have been very successful getting it back into Outlook, Either import into the main account or attach it as a data file. It really works well. Works about 90% of the time.

Easy to use. Simply link to your pst and go! I couldn't have asked for an easier product to utilize.

Many of our users create .pst files due to email storage limits. They keep .pst files for their entire work life so they get corrupted... OFTEN.

I was able to use this software to be able to get back some old data from my old outlook profile. also i can backup my PST File which was a great thing about this software too.

I have not seen a downside to the software and and i have been using this software for a few years now.

as i said before it has allowed me to recovery some Old PST Files that i thought was no longer there.

It is a good Outlook PST repair tool, when it comes to price and performance but is limited to provide batch processing of PST files.

Some time lags while repairing PST files. High corrupted files are not easily recovered.

This software helped me to fix Outlook 2016 crashes whenever I was trying to start it.

This is a great tool for sold and hard deleted items.

The tool sometimes doesn't pull all that is needed but its still great.

We use this for management to be able to communicate better.

I like the primary function of this tool in recovering corrupted PSTs since the e-mail functions in my team occur solely on Outlook. Therefore, purging issues can happen as well as corrupt PSTs can interrupt macros that consume the PSTs into a SQL database.

The tool wasn't the easiest to use when I initially started using it. My primary purpose of using it was as a debug/troubleshooting means of fixing a macro that consumed the PSTs into a database. Once I got used to the process flow of how the tool works, then it wasn't such a big issue.

There may be a small learning curve in using this tool but there's plenty of support online and it's an one-time investment of time put into learning the process. Otherwise, this tool can be helpful especially if Outlook is a main tool used by your team.

My team tracks PSTs as a helpdesk from agents/customers. Reporting metrics on these e-mails is crucial to our operations because we are able to track agents' performance as well as increasing helpdesk volume which can translate into escalating issues.

This tool can be a life saver (job saver) [business saver], if you encounter problems or corruptions with your outlook softwares PST file.

Theres nothing that i can say i dislike about this software.

We have used the software to fix corrupted and unusable outlook PST files. Which is a lot better than trying to start from scratch.
