I have been using OutboundSMTP for several years. I have never experienced issues or outages. Their customer support is composed of highly technical, and educated members.

Running an email server for a SHO behind a consumer grade ISP is challenging. This platform provides the enterprise level service I require.

The support was timely with follow-ups to ensure I was satisfied.

Kind and precise customer support (24/7), regardless of the amount of used services. Easiness in advanced settings, good documentacion, excellent real-time outbound e-mail statistics, excellent new-customers' management (By Brad Slavin). Additionally, the start-up service (what I was looking for) was free of charge, with a good outbound size. Hope to continue that way!

Nothing, so far, the service behaves just exactly as described, using just ONLY what I need. If I look for more , I can make use of more resources, and then I can leave them out when I need it to. Very good service
