It is easy to use. It is quick and thorough

I have not yet found any issues with origami

This helps if one of our products damages a home or if a customer gets cut opening a box with broken glass.

Mulitple ways are available to categorize the claim details and reference what occurred, as well as attach photos.

Attaching photos in Origami seems to be difficult to understand, especially for new users. I have often had to guide team members through how to complete photo uploads as it is not always simple/clear in the process. Perhaps you would reword or change where the upload occurs in the process.

I use Origami Risk Insurance to report customer claims to my internal insurance claims department. It is simple to use, quick, and carries enough information that the next team is able to proceed with the claim without having to contact me again typically. For that matter I would consider it a streamlined tool to connect one department to another in handing off a task/claim.

Ability to create and modify reports for weekly checks

Can modify/ add lots of fields and can become repetirive- not necessarily implemented by origami but a company quality control measure (technically still a pro!)

Nothing readily comes to mind. I dislike having to put so much work into compliance but Origami makes it easier!

Could use continued development to refresh UI and the cost to store pics has encouraged some organizations to require pics to be ridiculously small.

ease of access to administer things like risks, safety & insurance specifically to our core industry. This is not a horizontal solution, this is catered to specific needs.

Instead of requesting demo & getting bombarded with unnecessary conversations which waste days of time. It would have been better if it was a plug-and-play manner.
