Orderwise just pulls everything together in our business, its a reliable and efficient nerve centre for everything we do and is very easy to use. We also find new users pick it up very quickly.

Sometimes linking it to other software or any special developments we have needed can be quite complex and expensive.

Orderwise just keeps everything consistent and accurate. We 20,000 + SKUs and Orderwise helps us control and manage these in an efficient and accurate way for costings, data and website information.

Orderwise provides us with a complete single-pane overview of our business and gives us valuable insight into how to help our customers get quicker turnaround on orders and how we can save money on purchasing and holding too much stock.

The only downside to using Orderwise is that there are no third parties that can develop integrations or add functionality to the Orderwise software, anything you want must be done via their development team and this can be quite costly. Even more annoying is that once you have paid for the work they can use that development to provide other customers with the same functionality.

Orderwise solved a problem we have with monitoring and transferring stock to multiple warehouses that are not owned by but the goods are. The benefit to us is that we can now do this and therefore manage this stock quicker, easier and most importantly more accurately.

Orderwise offers a solution that includes all neccessary features for our E-Commerce business. From inventory control, to E-Commerce website, order fullfillment and CRM. It really make daily business much easier having every needed module under one roof. Customer service is always helpful and really competent.

The licencing price is a bit high, but given the quality of the software it is rather acceptable. Mobile Version could be a bit more userfriendly.

I cant say theres anything i dislike, its easy to use.

What I like best, is that you're able to track a customers spend. Particularly when a customer phones up regarding an order, it's very easy to be able to go directly to that order.

The only thing I would say, it can be a little slow and the interface is a little clunky. But otherwise is an excellent system.

With regard to aspects like Customer Service, OrderWise is truly exceptional. It's very intuitive and allows you to be able to get your head round how to use it, allowing our customer service staff to use it affectively and ensure customers are getting what they want.

Orderwise can be custom built to suit your business no matter what sector you are in. We use the system for our trade counter and online operations. These work seamlessly together in one system. A new upgrade is available every month to constantly improve the tools available to you.

Support and custom work is on the more expensive side however the solution provided is second to none.

We have been able to run all parts of our business through one solution. This has massively reduced our daily operational costs and given us time to do what is important in business. Our sales orders, accounting and picking/dispatch is all seamless on Orderwise.

Being an Integration partner this ERP was a breeze to work with.

For the many clients we have integrated Orderwise to our tech ecosystem with, the major issue we solve is the manual data entry, resulting in a lot of cost both - time and monetary.

Easy to set up product BOMs even either recepies amounts, different kind of measurement units, tabs for orientation, supplier addition. Purchasing and pricing requests are good too.

Could be more categories of suppliers and possible to connect to other softwares as that would be great help.

Great software, just if you need connect eQMS you have to look elsewhere.

Orderwise is an incredibly powerful and comprehensive ERP system. Once deployed, it touches almost every part of the business and can be genuinely useful day to day. Deployment itself went relatively well given the scale of the system, and some members of the support team are knowledgeable and helpful within the limits imposed on them. The reason this is not a one-star review is because the software itself has real potential and capability.

The relationship feels increasingly one-sided and transactional rather than a partnership. Support costs continue to rise while service levels decline, quarterly releases were reduced to annual, and many issues are classed as chargeable development or training despite being bugs or core functionality. Long-standing issues such as stock forecasting were abandoned, and bespoke development repeatedly leads to further unexpected costs. There is a strong sense that focus has shifted away from on-premise customers in favour of the cloud platform.

Orderwise provides a single, integrated system for managing stock, orders, invoicing, and operations across the business. It replaced multiple disconnected systems and processes, giving us centralised control and visibility. When it works as intended, it is a powerful operational tool. However, those benefits are increasingly undermined by bugs, rising support costs, and limitations that require paid development to resolve.
