We are in constant communication with our success manager and the team is always extremely quick to respond with solutions and assistance. The RC3 analytics platform is very easy to use and insightful. The reporting platform is always enhancing which helps us gain valuable and actionable insights into managing our program.
We struggle with finding a solution for discontinued items and would be interested in a more automated process that can provide recommended products in the SMI and via email when an item is soon-to-be-discontinued.

Ordergroove has transformed our subscription management into a compeltely streamlined and efficient process. The user-friendly interface simplifies the subscription creation and customization process, and the in-depth analytics and reporting tools provide invaluable insights into our subscription performance. The customer support is top-notch to say the least - always responsive and the willingness to innovate is unmatched.
Right now the subcription email communications are limited, so it would be great to see a few enhancements made with this feature, but this is a minor point in comparison to the overall excellence of Ordergroove.
Ordergroove's easy-to-use analytics have given us profound insights into our customer behavior that were we unable to decipher before integrating with Ordergroove. We can now update our offerings and marketing strategies with a data-backed strategy, resulting in a higher customer retention rate and overall conversion rate.
Using Ordergroove enabled my business to manage tens of thousands of subscriptions at scale and significantly dropped the time my customer team spent on fixing errors/updating customer details.
Working in the CPG space, where there are frequent product code changes - the Ordergroove team worked with my business relentlessly to resolve such issues and unlock massive productivity gains.
We also saw an uplift in subscription conversion, and the integration into various other tools like Salesforce Marketing cloud really helped the migration/onboarding process.
Not a lot, really - you just have to be an enterprise-level customer to be using Ordergoove - but that's all.
Management of direct to consumer order subscriptions
Subscriptions have been a game-changer for us in bringing in repeat customer revenue. Everyone on the Ordergroove team has been so helpful and knowledgeable. We're really happy with Ordergroove and we're excited for our subscription program to keep growing.
The automated email functionality could be better. They have a Klaviyo integration for more customized email templates, but we are mainly using Attentive for email now. I'd love to see an integration for that in the future.
Ordergroove is helping us retain repeat customers and generate more revenue by offering discounts for subscription orders. It's a great retention tool and our program is steadily growing!

The set-up process was a bear; however, because of our existing Shopify apps and technology, Ordergroove did a fantastic job integrating and owning. My dislike is less Ordergroove specific and more around the set-up process in general—all of which Ordergroove did a fantastic job holding my hand through it and getting us launched through all the mini projects needed.
LTV, LTV, LTV. We knew we needed to provide what is now a standard feature to our store for our customers to utilize. This is a functionality that customers have been asking about for years. Ordergroove has filled that gap and has done so with ease.
Ordergroove gave us the ability to offer online subscription management to our customers. The ease of use has helped us double our continuity business over the last 18 months.
Like any integration process, it came with some challenges. The OG team provided a high level of support throughout the process.

The most helpful thing that I've found in OrderGroove is the customer support they offer. Karen, our Customer Success Manager, consistently goes above and beyond to lock arms with our business in order for us to grow our business. With Karen's support, we've been able to identify key pain points that needed resolution. As a result, our customers have a better experience and our revenue keeps climbing.
Our team is very competitive with others in our industry, so we are pushing for a detailed analytics report/dashboard that is tailored to our needs. Another pain point of OG is that we see several of the functionalities geared towards a specific order management system that we do not use. We're excited for the 2023 roadmap and things to come, but wish better features were available to our eCommerce platform
Detailed analytics that are geared to what we want to see. They've also just released the cohort-reporting tab that is going to be super helpful for our business and driving up LTV

One of things I like most about Ordergroove is their customer centric mindset and partnership. Our client success managers are really great at what they do and take a personal approach when making recommendations to improve our subscription program.
The whole support team is very responsive and always quick to resolve an issue. I've found working with them to be very easy and collaborative.
There isn't anything that I dislike about Ordergroove that would apply to a general audience.
We use Ordergroove for Subscription Management and are currently looking to improve our subscriber retention and renewals. Ordergroove has improved their reporting dashboard and it is now easier to see a holistic view of the program at any given time. This is helpful with identifying opportunities and developing parts of/re-defining our program.
