All around Transparency in using this tool. Be it a new customer or migrating from legacy system both can be done at a stipulated time. Secondly, user friendly in terms of Writing rules / applying filters, this reduces tremendously on entire cycle time of the process. Additionally utilizing AI for writing rules for invalid records also gives an edge in resolving and fixing errors on time. Very less or no dependency on fixes from the support team.

Business number field used as one of the filters for transactions should be made flexible. Secondly, report extraction should get at least all columns from the screen, acknowledgment is always missing.

Orderful is helping in Inbound / Outbound transactions between us and our DC in all the respective EDI transactions. This tool has made us create generic template across the board except for few expenses which has reduced maintenance of onboarding / migrating customer / DC.

Orderful was able to help us accomplish things that our previous EDI platform had issues with. Namely we use a 3rd party WMS that makes the ASN more complex than it needs to be. SPS Commerce was unable to help us get around this issue for months and months. When we integrated Orderful, our issues were gone overnight.

Great for technical teams to setup EDI extremely fast. A great product that has put setup in our hands, rather than incumbent companies make the setup a black box and therefore we have no control over timelines.

You have to be somewhat technical, as it is not purely UI drag and drop.

Clean, easy to use interface. Excellent support. Cloud based. Easy integration with our ERP. Modern API. Quick access to errors, rules and guidelines. Easy onboarding of new partners. Overall a highly adaptable and user-friendly software for developers and non-developers. A much better experience than we had with SPS Commerce.

We had a very long onboarding (3+ months) and our onboarding specialist was often joining meetings with no updates, notes or awareness of where we were in the process. I believe he was new. We were assigned an additional specialist and once that happened things moved very quickly. Other than the onboarding delays we have been very happy with Orderful.

API integration has been game changing for us. Orderful EDI allows our developers to quickly resolve issues without having to wait on a full service EDI provider. When using a provider like SPS Commerce it would take weeks sometimes to fix a simple error. Now we are able to fix issues and resend documents that same day.

The technical assistance that I received from Whitney in setting up our EDI Trading Partner. Whitney went above and beyond for me when setting it up. She is very knowledgeable about EDI and she is a timely communicator. Whitney knows how to take care of customers and make them feel appreciated. I hope Whitney is recognized for the excellent assistance that she provided to me. Also, the pricing for Orderful is very competitive in the industry. I am very happy that we selected Orderful for our EDI and I strongly recommend them.

There is nothing that I dislike about Orderful.

We used to use SPS Commerce for EDI, but ran into the issue of having to move at their pace, not ours. With them, a change could take weeks, whereas with Orderful, we can make changes immediately and keep on moving.
