I really appreciate the response time of customer service representatives. They always notify me in a timely manner when something is out of stock or if I need to make a return.

I personally have not experienced any downsides to Negotiatus since I started using it in July.

I really appreciate the ability to add items through a web link so that we may utilize many sources for the best deal. I also enjoy having past orders recorded so I may compare.

The platform is super easy to use and easy to navigate. The frequently ordered page is really great too as it makes weekly purchasing simple.

The page does refresh when left for some time which means you have to start your orders again. Would be good if the items in the basket went to something like "saved items".

We used to have to use lots of different supplier websites to make frequent ans large orders. Now our items are all condensed into one platform making it so much easier!

I have all my pre-ordered items ready to click on when I want to place an order. I don't always have to scroll to look for my everyday items.

Negotiatus makes it easy to order your internal collateral to different locations. It's very descriptive as you need it to be and links up directly with our procurement process with another third party application.

I problem-solve with my time management. I don't have to scour the internet for the best prices and shipping benefits.

Being able to order everything off of one platform versus multiple. It's one invoice, one bill and my expense report got a lot easier to manage

Be patient with the initial process. It's a young company, but the benefits are immense. I think since using this platform, I've saved a ton of time with invoicing and ordering. I struggled with receipts and using my credit card for store purchases on Amazon and keeping track of this. It is so much better!

Excellent organization of orders makes returns easy. Good user interface. Overall simple. can see all my past orders which is great. no more arguing who didn;t order this or that.

Not much to dislike. maybe the pages can load quicker. comunication with issues is fine, quick responses. Maybe have more descrptioms of items in the order witout having to go to vendor site. But that really just me nit picking.
