Order Circle Reviews

We found OrderCircle when looking to move wholesale ordering system to online years ago. Since then, OrderCircle has helped us grow and process orders and manage inventory. It is simple enough yet has many features that would help wholesalers in different areas.

Currently connected to Shopify and the connection is not always reliable - this is due to Shopify's update that require all connections to have to pay Shopify. The reports are not that robust either but we make our own using their exported order data.

OrderCircle has great customer support - when I need any little tweaking or help they are always there. They just added extra data on order export for us. If there's limitation of features they'd just help completing the tasks on their back end instead. Basically though ordercircle has successfully brought our business to online platform and made our process pretty much hands free for reps.

Great experience with Order circle. Easy and seamless integrations. Good UI and also great support from the team in resolving the issues. Easy to integrate with platform.

I think the product will grow with time and will mature better as more people use it. I think Order Circle can scale better and provide more functionality to its customers.

It was used to Simplify Operations for our team and expand the reach. Provides customer support to our customers and helps expand sales and outreach. We're able to use it for integrations.
