.ELT process rather ETL which reduces intermediate server needs

A bit non-friendly UI, takes time to learn and adjust with the UI

Code development and administration is easy. It is powerful and can connect to most databases and systems. Easy access and easy load for complex data based in xml for web service-based integrations.

It might be possible to improve user experience. Code services migration and version control can also be improved and streamlined for individual components due to numerous development items.

Is a good and powerful data integration tool because we can write in procedures jython code. The software is resuctable and easy to use. Version control approach in multiple environments should be properly defined.

Has comprehensive data integration capabilities for real-time and batch designs. The ability to write code for jython and to manage code is excellent. If the user experience for the tool is improved, it would be great. It would be easier for developers to work if the tool itself was faster.

Oracle is incredibly easy to use and integrates perfectly with so many software programs. It's the perfect go between to connect and simplify programs.

Oracle definitely requires a certain skill level to understand and manipulate. It could be made more intuitive.

Odi is user friendly tool with lot of possibilities for developers and data analysts. It is simple for data integration and migration between different sources.

I would like that there is a easy way to migrate odi11g scenarios to new versions of odi12c. Everything else is ok :)

It is ability to create native code for the underlying data management technology. Flexibility of adding new technology stack by writing custom knowledge modules.

In 11g it was difficult to create multi step transformation logic. 12c is addressing this gap.

Oracle Data Integrator (ODI)is a good ETL tool for integrating data from Oracle and SQL Server.

It's not for novice users. Reporting requests have to go through IT support.
