OpenText Capture Center is a great software to capture from anywhere automatically and efficiently, with expanded APIs and increased documents and data relationships.

I sort of faced much downtime from the website. But this can be due to a network or any internal glitch Many people are unaware of this awesome and amazing tool, apart from these two things I was notable to find any new.

To be very true i was not able to share anything with anyone in a real-time way but using Opent+Text Capture I can easily do that without any delay. Overall, it's a great tool to use.

It's benefits to get the classified and extracted form information. Also useful for data validation.

Some of the text captured are not accurate. It's feels sometimes not working properly. Other than everything that's feel is better than ever.

It's a convenient way to extract and validate the data in a easier way.Its save a lot of time while automating the process and fetching data from documents.

It provides an immersive experience to all users. Any person with very little technical knowledge can make best use of it. I am able to convert lot of my books into their digital version. All thanks to open text capture centre.

Sometimes the website will hang, maybe due to my network issues. A lot of people are not aware of this wonderful tool. There are instances I have personally introduction it to my peers. Apart from that I don't see any problems.

A lot of times we need to Google some text but that is not present in digital format. It takes considerable amount of time and effort to type my query. OTCC has come in to me as blessings in disguise.

G2 Open text capture center is amazing platform as it's accuracy is unmatched by other softwares out there. It was able to capture hand written text with accuracy upto 96%

I don't have anything to dislike about G2 Open text capture platform. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for such a software as it is quite reliable

It is able to capture images from a scanned PDFs and convert it to actual text from a handwritten text accurately so that further operations can be performed by bot.

It's robust document classification and data extraction. It's flexibility to handle structured or unstructured documents and transfer them in a logical and consistent manner

Nothing specific as such but again when we define any product such as open text capture centre, it should be global. Dislike would be a wrong feedback to such a wonderful product.

In this software to scan the different places of documents and arrange the document easy to our work. save in pdf also. This software is used for mobile phones also.

In this software used online some remote places internet access very much difficult so, please provide also offline mode. In this software, limited things are there.

Colour or gray-scale end-end OCR feature to capture text for document analysis. Also, maintaining semantic relations while extracting the text in a document.

Must extend the OCR feature to work robustly on more font styles in a document, even for calligraphy-OCR.

The UX is simplistic and quite intuitive. Navigating through the useful features was simple even for a non-ML engineer like me. The accuracy of identifying the key-value pairs and showing the bounding box helped us gain trust in the AI system running behind it. We're definitely gonna use it to support some of our usecases.

It did not always capture all the keys in a given PDF document. It is understandable though because most other systems couldn't even reach that level. Nothing much to complain about because we didn't explore opentext's full potential. We explored only what we needed and that seems to be promising and good enough.

It will be a little to early for me to write recommendations for others, because I have spent only a couple of days with openText.

We're trying to extract important data points from the forms, invoices and legal documents we get in various digital formats like PDF and jpeg. Automated extraction would reduce or even eliminate the need for manual entries. We're trying to leverage such technologies so that we can automate the business processes

OpenText capture center allows us to quickly and easily capture and digitalize various records, forms, documents and make them virtually available for use in any system. Along with converting documents into virtual data, the application also provides integration with many backend systems. The best feature of this application is that it allows us to use mobile phones to capture documents which makes it very convenient to convert whatever we want anytime, anywhere. They have advanced capture technologies to improvise the photos and documents captured.

The documents are exact and detailed, but it is a bit complex to use. The UI is not very user-friendly, but once you understand, it becomes easy to use.

Highly Recommended, The Software is User friendly, transparent and makes human lives easier.

Since we work in a large company using virtual documents makes our work a lot easier. It helps us to keep track of our products and in sales management. We could divide the documents into groups of users which makes them convenient to handle. During the pandemic, it was a real-life saver since we were all working virtually, and accessing the data was made simple using the application.

The best thing I liked is the capturing performance compared to other capturing tools. Its recognition engine is so powerful and accurate.

The only disadvantage would be the licensing fee of the tool. Other than that, I would not say anything negatively.

I strongly recommend OpenText Capture Center to others because of its superior accuracy and performance on document capturing task.

We used it to capture indexing data on the documents. Afterward, we transfer the scanned/digitalized document with the captured data fields to the document management system.
