This app is very easy to use and free too! I downloaded it and watched a tutorial, a few minutes later I was ready to edit my first video. I do not have a degree in video editing but the products from my Openshot edits were of high quality.

There are times when the app just shuts down in the middle of editing. It's rather annoying especially if you haven't saved your work. There were instances when I had to redo my work because the app had shut down.

The fact that there is no need to pay for a video editing tool because OpenShot is open source. That's just awesome! Most free resources have ads, I was expecting to see some with the app but haven't yet.

The below things I like most in OpenShot Video Editor:

1. Easy to use interface and I can find navigations easily without wasting time.

2. It is the perfect software for small quick video edits.

3. It supports almost 60+ languages.

4. It runs on all operating systems.

5. Wide range of transitions and vector title templates are available.

The below things that I don't like most in OpenShot Video Editor:

1. Performance is a little bit unstable and sometimes it's crashing but overall it works very well on Windows operating system.

2. Limited tools and features for video editing and audio editing works.

If you are looking for a free basic video editor for small video/audio editing then I strongly recommend you to use OpenShot Video Editor. It is the best, free, and open-source video editor with great functionality. It is also running in all types of operating systems so your project is on any system. If you want a more advanced video editor then you should go for other paid software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Camtasia.

The below problems I solve with the help of OpenShot Video Editor:

1. It helps me to do quick audio or video correction easily.

2. I can download it to any system within a minute and start my work. The major plus point is that doesn't require a high graphic card or a high specification system.

3. It helps me to export my video into my desired file format.

OpenShot allows you to export the final product to your desired file format. I use OpenShot to edit video tutorials and user manuals

OpenShott video editor is an easy-to-use video editing tool. The control panel is so simple that any newbie can have hands-on over it very easily. Also, the feature of drag and drop easily really handy and improves productivity.

Sometimes due to heavy load, there's a little problem with rendering.

Whenever I need to edit any clip for social media, I always choose OpenShot. It's really productive and editing can be done in a short duration of time.

The OpenShot Video Editor is video editing software which we can use free. My favorite feature of OpenShot is it has very simple user interface and not request high system requirements. We can download from the website and install within two minutes, By using this video editor we can crop, merge, cut, split and trim video clips. And also it has the capability to merge external audio tracks with video. Not only these things, but also OponShot have many effects to increase the creativity of our project, Such as flying text, adjust brightness, Title Editor and snow.

After Drag and drop media to layers, we can adjust the time frame of that media. When we are going to export video from OpenShot it has given a lot of format and video profile. As a result of that we can control output file quality.

OpenShot exporting video get more time and sometime it crashed.And also when we merge audio clip to video ,audio quality became low

I highly recommend OpenShot because of It is completely free and no need previous learning or experience to make your own edited video.

Before OpenShot we used heavy software for video editing. As a result of that we had to buy high performance computers, pay for that software and we had to recruit special stuff for it. But know that all problems solved, the result of OpenShot.

The interface for this is one of the easier ones that I have found, and the best part is, it's free. While you can start editing right away, I do recommend watching a tutorial from Teachers Tech on YouTube (no affiliation) because he had a very thorough review of it and it helped take my editing to the next level.

While you can start editing right away, it isn't the most user-friendly in terms of layout. Where programs like Da Vinci break it down into frames to allow better quality editing, you don't get that here and you have to keep zooming in and out.

I'm a newbie when it comes to video editing and this helped me a ton get my editing off the ground. Now that I'm a few months into doing video editing, I can see that this was a great starting point!

Este editor tiene mas pros que contras, aunque uno de sus desventajas es que requiere un computador con uy buenas caracteristicas, requiere un minimo de 4GB de ram y consume mucha memoria de nuestro disco duro quitandonos la oportunidad o posibilidad de instalar otros programas en nuestro ordenador

Es recomendable usar este estupendo programa para editar y perfeccionar tus videos, repararle detalles de brillo y de nitidez para asi ofrecer una mayor calidad a las personas que visitaran mi canal de youtube y mis redes sociales en las cuales los publico

What I like the most is that OpenShot Video Editor is completely free and open source! For home users who are looking to make a video as a part of a presentation or for their own YouTube channel, OpenShot Video Editor fits the bill. OpenShot has a very user friendly interface and you can see all the available features within the main window, so you don't have to around looking through the menu to find one particular feature for editing the video or audio that you need. Every basic feature that one would need is presented in a simple manner to make video editing easy.

I haven't come across anything I dislike. My use for OpenShot Video Editor does not go beyond adding audio clips to existing video clips, cutting audio and video clips, combining two audio clips, etc. So far, OpenShot has managed to allow me to do my work without any issues at all.

I'd highly recommend using OpenShot Video Editor if you're looking for a video editing software for your basic needs such as compiling videos, adding audio or music files to existing video clips, etc or longer videos for YouTube purposes. OpenShot provides everything except graphic editing that suit most, if not all, your needs.

I personally use OpenShot Video Editor for my YouTube channel where I upload compilations of clips from my video game sessions. As someone who's used Windows Movie Maker and Sony Vegas Pro, I'm just astounded at how OpenShot has everything that I needed from Sony Vegas Pro for absolutely no cost of money!

It has now become incredibly easy and time-saving for me to make videos of my game-play with music added in the background on YouTube, which is all I can ask for.
