Simple product for the user to get familiar with and it has capabilities in accurate service provision, especially in Mechanical Engineering documents production. It gives the user the ability to quickly load elevation and it also support a number of different formats plug-in from other tools like AutoCAD, etc.

Its very easy design tool can be used for any region globally. model building is very easy compared to any other mainstream sewer design software. Loading elevation or DEM surface is very quick and many formats of input can be used.

Zooming options and views of the software need little improvement

this is the handy software to design the gravity network very easily, only thing is the user must be aware of the basic civil engineering principals and particular client standard requirements such as min and max velocity, slopes, pipe sizes etc.. it can also design channels and swales. I would say it's a complete package to design and get the quantity of materials with fewer efforts and time.

I have designed a complete network of more than 800km of sewer network using sewer cad software. the file sizes are very less and can be sent via outlook mail as an attachment very comfortably.

various scenarios can be created based on client requirements such as fixed flow or pattern flow etc.. various peaking factors can be assigned to the same model, without creating many model files. ( single model can be used for different types of client requirements or different options.) one more big advantage is we can create various selection sets and design/ load the required input data to those selection sets alone. for each different scenarios reports can be generated separately and comparative study can be done. One more big advantage what I found is that the software can be used for both analysis and design mode so that the person who is reviewing the model can put the system in analysis mode and check for various options without disturbing the original model.

i recommend infrastructure engineers to use SeweCad

analysis of the network is better, it is working with sewerage only not with drainage which also needs to be modified to be Able to work for both networks.

Sewercad was easy to use and train new city employee to use.
