OE is easy to navigate, and is a great tool for reconciling invoices.

It can be a bit slow sometimes, but a quick refresh usually fixes the issue.

Open Envoy has saved a lot of time in our AP reconciliation process. By being able to automatically match a lot of invoices from the get go, Open Envoy allows us to focus only on those invoices which require additional attention. The AI technology has made it easier for us to identify where discrepencies are coming from, which originally took a lot of time to search for manually.

There are small hiccups here and there, such as the system incorrectly identifying vendors on several occassions. Additionally, sometimes the invoices are slow to come out of a matching status. However, Open Envoy is quick to help us when we raise any issues to them.

OpenEnvoy mainly saves our team a lot of time in our AP reconcilation process, helping us pay our bills on time and freeing up our time to work on other items.

The platform has multiple features and is easy to use. The customer support is great which helps in easening implementation and integration.

Open Envoy is an easy to use tool. The team does a great job showcasing its many features and helping to understand the tools available.

Not much to complain about. Initial Learning pains were there, but the Open Envoy team did a great job of being available for questions and helping us learn the platform.

Open Envoy is saving us time with processing invoices. They have alllowed us to remove many steps in the process of verifying accuracy on invoices and submitting payments.

Automation and quick insights. OpenEnvoy was essential in offloading many manual tasks within our AP department. As our company continues to grow and expand the number of invoices being processed grows with it, which before automation, required the hiring of more personnel. Now growth involves a small amount of onboarding for each new vendor and we are off to the races with them. We also have the ability to monitor our staff's workload easily and make sure invoices are being appropriately audited.

The only downside I can really think of is just the initial process of onboarding and training the staff. We had a time investment there and initial learning pains.

Allocation of staffing to do manual data entry has been a problem since the start of our company. In addition, there was never a crystal clear auditing process or accountability for the audit at least. Now we have eliminated a lot of wasted hours we had before and been able to spend them on jobs that make a real difference to the business.

OpenEnvoy's support team has always been fast to follow up with us on any kind of issue that comes up and always checks back with us on it after it's resolved. Always been a pleasure to work with the OpenEnvoy team.1

I'd like to see more admin control on more aspects of the platform. I will say the OpenEnvoy team has been amazing on working with us to get us the control we need to fully utilize the tools OpenEnvoy provides.

OpenEnvoy has automated the AP process for our team, streamlining many of our in house processes and gets better and more efficient day by day as we add in even more providers to the workflow.

Openenvoy has greatly reduced the number of hours spent on entering and reconciling bills. The team is also very responsive and will help customize the tool to your needs.

The implementation process took longer than we expected.
