What do you like best about Onde?

As a non-technical user of the Onde system, I found the interfaces very easy to use, and I was able to launch the applications in just two months. I am highly impressed with the speed of their support; they respond within 15 minutes, and any issue I report is either resolved quickly or I am provided with step-by-step solutions. Onde has made it easy for me to enter the ride-sharing sector, and its key features include referral programs, driver plans, and driver levels. Everything happens quickly with them.

What do you dislike about Onde?

The absence of an in-app communication feature between the driver and the customer.

What problems is Onde solving and how is that benefiting you?

Onde provided me with modern transportation apps for both drivers and customers, along with a comprehensive system that includes all trip reports and driver and customer management. In a short time, I was able to launch my company and register over 1,000 active drivers.
