I don’t have enough words to describe how good it has been to work with OmPrompt over the past couple of years.
We have completely changed the way we work in the company thanks to them, and we also have a good relationship: they are not just a provider, it feels like a partnership.
They are in a process of changing too, and during this process sometimes we have had hits and misses. However we understand that these changes will be for the best, and hopefully their customer service team will be top-notch by the end of it.
It all comes to automation; but then we have achieved automation with purpose: understanding our data and how we can use it to its full potential.
Simplicity and interoperability of the solution. An extremely knowledgable team that managed the process exceptionally well from start to finish.
The simplicity, it's sometimes more difficult to "sell" a proposition internally when it is so simple. I know that sounds very obscure, but it's true.
Future-proofing the growth of the business. Securing the development of the workforce to perform added value work, not the mundane data-entry only aspect of a Customer Service role.
Significant cost protection as part of the future-proofing was also beneficial.
The team is very supportive and works with us to find solutions. Also, they work with us as we develop more EDI capability to help us find solutions. What is most helpful is there willingness to give us options to help manage our cost and rollout timing.
Nothing. They are in the UK and we are in the US but OmPrompt has been very flexible to meet our needs. I have not experienced a downside.
Kellogg has a large % of orders coming in via EDI but the remaining 6% or so that come in manual are all being converted to EDI using the OmPrompt solution. They are also working with us to develop an order change solution. OmPrompt has helped us solve manual order entry and streamline our costs.
Omprompt solution for Optical Character Recognition (OCR) is effective for order processing for highly digitized format and easy to use.
The best part is the responsive support of Omprompt IT who are fast and can provide workable [email protected]
The only feedback for improvement is the limitation for digitized format where the original PO original format will be the sole basis for the formatting/ mapping. For every major change of location of SOLD TO, BILL TO, there will be extra charge in comparison to other solution provider where advance Artificial Intelligence is already available and no additional charges for every change of customer format.
The ROI in the investment is fairly good for our business and includes operational efficiency since we save resource for manual order entry.
We have reap some benefits in managing order processing faster for our Operations.
We plan to expand in other sub-region and countries.
The ease of the system and processes that there are to follow. It is very straightforward and is easy to teach people how to use. I like that there is a great support resource that gets back to you very quickly. OmPrompt has been great to work with through the whole implementation process.
While we work through issues, sometimes it takes a few steps back and forth with OmPrompt and our team to pinpoint what the driver is. This isn't a bad thing, but is difficult to move forward until an issue has been fixed.
Manual orders, and order changes will be utilized. This has saved a lot of time on an analyst desk which results to cost saving.
In recent experience, super friendly team with a lot of information and support in adding an additional service recipient and additional trading partner setups.
Lack of updates in terms of changing technology. i.e. we signed using zero touch 2012, myself personally had not heard of Teach and Learn technology until just recently after following up to add an additional service recipient.
Order Automation with zero touch technology. Reducing manual effort and risk of errors.
Functionality to set up business rules within Omprompt order processing, helpful support team, reliability
Approach to master data maintenance could be improved
Noticeable reduction in manual order entry workload and associated keying errors and an improved customer service process as a result

Project management can be a bit sketchy & they miss the capability of being able to manage in different languages which is pertinent to the success of the change management needed when implementing automation solutions. For me, project management should provide status updates to demonstrate progress & that doesn’t tend to happen
