What I find most helpful about NS8 is its easy to use design. Suspicious orders are simply flagged if there are any unusual characteristics and our team then reviews the order using the NS8 analysis. With so much accurate information provided, clear decisions can easily be made as to whether we proceed or cancel a new order. If there have been any issues with the software, or if we have needed assistance to better customise the software to our needs, the support team have been super helpful and attentive to the specific needs of our organisation.

There's nothing I particularly dislike about NS8. As someone who is not particularly tech savvy, I find the software really user friendly and the hands on support provided by the staff really makes the process so much easier.

I strongly recommend using NS8 Protect to combat any issues of fraud you may be experiencing. It is extremely easy to navigate and is an easy-to-use system. The support team at NS8 are also extremely quick to respond to any queries you might have.

The main problems that are being solved with NS8 Protect is identifying suspicious orders that are being flagged as potentially fraudulent. The little map which pinpoints the main factors: device location, billing and shipping address is really handy to make a quick initial analysis. If we need to look into the order further, being able to see their navigation history and their payment history provides a great insight into the customer experience as well as their risk of fraud.

The fraud Protection & the Timely support are the best parts. Makes online orders more Transparent.
