What do you like best about NorthStar Controller?

maneuvering within the tool to different aspect of an account you are working on.

What do you dislike about NorthStar Controller?

gets too busy when you have multiple items open while assisting a client.

What problems is NorthStar Controller solving and how is that benefiting you?

knowing the data is at real-time and not having them wait 10 to 15 minutes for information.
