There are some functions that Nomad is able to do, but we as the customer cannot.

To help our customers have the ability to place orders when it is convenient for them.

Great support team at Nomad eCommerce. Extremely reliable platform. Great integration with our ERP system. High levels of customer satisfaction reported by our customers.

Maybe missing a few bells and whistles available on some other platforms.

Nomad has very flexible capabilities when it comes to design, infrastructure, API connectivity and more. Integration with our ERP system is also very flexible. They are able to meet us at our needs with web service integration that helps with data accuracy, operational efficiency, and user experience. They also have a very seasoned support team that is quick resolve all issues.

Not much to dislike, more out-of-the-box integrations would be nice, but nothing notable that limits us.

Nomad helps us solve selling online while building our site using data directly out of our ERP.

The ease of transistioning to Nomad from our old website, was easy and made user freindly for a non-tech savy woman like my self.

My go to person, Mike, helps me out a lot to changes made on our website. He gives me straight forward answers on why things would work or not work, which I appreciate his honesty. Mike is fast and always lets me know once my tasks are completed.

I would love it if the process time could be less then 5 mins, from our Macola to Nomad, but that's just me as i am a get it done now person once i do it.

Our Nomad representative is always friendly, available, and takes the time to walk us through the process of each new idea we suggest. We are provided with detailed feedback and it has been a collaborative effort between our two companies. Because of Nomad, our website now has significantly more features, is easier to use, and looks much better.

Sometimes we have to come up with creative, unintuitive workarounds to make a feature happen.

Nomad allows our customers to better find and search through products on our website, and also allows them to order directly from the website. It also allows us to run sales directly through the site. We would like more options and customization on this feature in particular.

It is a very customer friendly interface. With the ability to have multiple descriptions, images, documents and metadata options, Nomad gives you a versatile website.

I can't think of much to dislike, but I would like to see the ability to build a parts finder within the back of Nomad.

We are able to get our OEM and aftermarket parts to our customers and new customers online. We are seeing multiple new customers daily that need parts in our industry.

The Nomad team has been wonderful to work with; they answer all of our questions in a timely way and are willing to listen and problem solve so Nomad works to our specific needs. The product itself has cut out a lot of time in our wholesale process and it has made that process more efficient. It's also extremely user friendly!

There are some features we have added as custom additions that I was surprised were not already built into the base program; luckily we have been able to get what we need. I hope to see more sales related tools implemented in the future so we can continue to learn about our business and offer as much to our customers as possible.

The easy flow of orders from Nomad into our internal system has been a huge time saver for our online wholesale business. We have increased our efficiency significantly. Nomad also allows us to easily update our information to our specifications where our last program was difficult to use.
