It is easy to enter customer data in the NiceJob application. I like their protocol for seeking out reviews. I feel it maximizes the chance of me getting more precious reviews. In less than a year since joining, my total reviews have gone from around 25 to 73.

I would like it if the mobile app allowed me to stay logged in. Getting to the spot to 'Get a Review' is a bit clunky, but not horrible.

NiceJob is making it much easier to increase reviews for my business- as in, less time spent with better percentages

Nice job completely handles my review process, client, referral campaign and client gift campaign. All for one low monthly price. You set it and forget it!

The only thing I would want from nice job would be more features. More of what they're already doing. Instead of simple Google reviews, I would love a video review feature.

Nice job take care of all my online reviews. When I'm done a job in my CRM, it automatically starts a client review drip campaign. These things really work as well. In addition to that it also starts a campaign for a client referral. A new feature that I really love is the Client gift feature. I have it set so that if a client has used us three times or more they get their choice of some cookies or candy sent directly to them. All of this is done without me lifting a finger.

Ease of use! Easy for us it's all automated and easy for the customer has vastly increased our review score online and has really benefited our business in amazing ways.

Reminding the customer not to reply to the text but to click the link. Hard to get a hold of customer service at times. Wish we could select the review to be to only one place not google or somewhere else

Lots of benefits just had to add in the automated text to click the link not reply to the text. Benefits have been amazing due to a much higher google rating has attracted more customers

Tied to our Jobber service; so the request for review is sent automatically.

Not much! Ive been very happy with everything so far. There was a glitch between our quick books and NiceJob and we noticed we hadn't had any referrals for a bit, they were on top of it with managers emailing me and following up to ensure there was no break in service!

We are no longer having to chase and beg clients to give us a referral.

They just make it EASY to implement a process to get reviews from your clients/customers. Every step was methodically processed together witht e\tjhe amazing Jennifer, who assisted me calmly, professionally, with sweetness and patience in my tech hurdles. they are FANTASTIC and I am glad that someone told me to try them.

There is not one thing that I dislike. They rock.

I was previously unable to capture the compliments that my clients were sending me via email; NiceJob has created a process to send the request and to get it onto my ewebsite and social media.
