Currently, the platform has some imperfections, particularly related to UX issues when working with different localizations. However, I am optimistic that these problems will be addressed and resolved in the near future.

Second one is growing RR. We got what we want.

The ability to upload mass messages and segements to this platform is very convenient. The automated testing of messages makes the experience nearly hands-free for the user! Plus, the dashboard is very user friendly and easy to track performance of segments and messages.

Some limitations with precise scheduling. There does seem to be a solution for this but at this time, it's more of a manual process from the user. It would also be great if this platform was more integrated with our app to send communications based on trigger events and to gather additional app retention insights directly related to push notifications.

This platform allows us to test mass segments and messages more quickly than we were able to in the past. We can now pinpoint the best-performing messages and apply these techniques accordingly.

Ngrow is the best tool we used for user engagement. ML makes our work with push notifications extremely easy, yet it’s very powerful. We seriously improved our user retention and order conversions and at the same time reduced 80% of manual work.

I think the only feature that’s missing is the ability to create a manual push delivery schedule for some users. For example, if we wanted to target a specific cohort with a promo offer and manually send them a one-off message without automated scenarios.
