Flexibility and speed to bring in requested features

Did not come across any major topic of disliking yet

Our major pain was around the route optimization for our logistics services and NB is able to solve the same. It is helping us reduce the cost of manpower and kms travelled thereby improving unit economics

Services and customer query resolution time were very good. Also, the UI is easy to access.

Integration is smooth and easy to implement on both Android and ios.

I haven't find any encounter up til now.

In particular, the pricing they are providing is very convenient. As a startup business, they understand our queries regarding the direction of API costing, so they help us with the best pricing structure to support our saas platform.

The wide range of services that they offer that helps us solve the on-going problems of public transit

None that I can think of, with the prices that they offer, nothing can beat that.

We use the Route Optimization API from nextbillion on our app and that helps us allocate Jobs to different beautician partners who visit customer locations. The API also helps order and schedule these visits seamlessly.

I don't have any dislikes currently. We like the way it works for us.

We have home Visits for customers and nextbillion helps us increase billable hours by maximising beautician time with complex scheduling and planning in minutes.

NextBillion.ai's VRP solver for route optimization is top-notch. It really helped us. Moreover, their free tier option provides a lot of features for almost all their APIs.

Nothing specific as such. I haven't seen any drawbacks related to NextBillion.ai so far. It's been a good journey, and hopefully, the NextBillion team keeps up with their current growth.
