Good software~ good customer service

Have been using for 13+ years. Very easy to learn & use.
What do you dislike about Newton by Agency Systems?
The system is being used to the minimum. Training did not cover A LOT of material that can been utilized.

Easy client look up, provides download.

Control for GDP relationships between Quality Systems First Time User
What do you like best about Newton by Agency Systems?
First time using Newton for a Pharmaceutical Client, reviewing GDP documents. So far the search functionality is giving me exactly what I needed, although the numerous document ID fields take a while to navigate.
What do you dislike about Newton by Agency Systems?
It would help if there was a way to mass save all relevant documents.
Recommendations to others considering Newton by Agency Systems?
Seems to meet requirements from a use standpoint, but I am not sure regarding administration.

A bit complicated by good for reports
What do you like best about Newton by Agency Systems?
once all data is in, financial reports are easy to get.
What do you dislike about Newton by Agency Systems?
It is not intuitive, it is created by accountants not insurance agents. It is hard to make some insurance transactions.
What problems is Newton by Agency Systems solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping all clients data in is a big plus.
