This software feels like it was created in the caveman era
What do you like best about NEWSTAR Enterprise?
Honestly, there is nothing positive about the software and I feel bad saying that.
What do you dislike about NEWSTAR Enterprise?
It is beyond archaic. You can't do anything, they charge a lot, they have no customer support. They charge for customer support. The data within the software does not export in easy to use ways. For example, our home building data exported to an Excel file but there were multiple pieces of data in each cell. It was near impossible to actually use the information. There are no modern integrations either.
What problems is NEWSTAR Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?
At least it's helping us track our homebuilding.
