Very intuitive to use, great user-interface and has multi-region distribution functions.

Loading pics can be distracting. Often you upload a pic and the platform drops it at the end of the press release copy and you have to drag it around (which can sometimes affect formatting - easily fixable but an 'extra thing to do').

I've been able to find a press release distribution service that is made to be flexible. I like that I can send a stand-alone video, or a press release with photo, and there's no unnecessary extra work involved. The platform is very easy for me to use because I'm used to publishing content online so it reminds me of Wordpress with actual distribution capabilities.

We have recently got a guest post on their website, we agreed on the content everything. They said post is premanent and won't be removed. After paying the amount we were checking the guest post a days later and its removed. We chargedback. Don't trust these monkies.
