PROS: It empowers businesses and website administrators by giving more options. You'll get tools for working on the front as well as the back-end, which is incredible. Unlike what we have before, this solution is definitely way better. Apart from that, the people behind this solution are amazing. They are accomodating and respond to our requests/questions in no time. Overall, NetSuite SuiteCommerce is a helpful tool for us.

CONS: The Site Builder is quite clunky, but with some workarounds, we're able to make our site responsive. Also, we needed to apply SSL security to every page instead of just the checkout truck. Another disadvantage is related to highlights.

PROS: Organizing all of our accounts has become a breeze. The software also helps us determine accounts with issues immediately.

CONS: There are instances when we cannot reach out to their support team.

PROS: We never encountered any trouble during the setup process. Plus, this eCommerce solution also offers a lot of customization options.

CONS: During the peak seasons, uptime can be unreliable.

PROS: I like how flexible the system is. It offers a multitude of customizable options, such as change how the highlight view appears. This makes it easier to deal with different types of clients. The email showcasing feature is one of the features we use often, and it's really easy to set up and manages. Once you get comfortable with the system, you can easily transfer the records and use them for promotional email campaigns or showcase them on the site.

CONS: While it's easy to use, learning from scratch requires some time and dedication. But you'll soon get used to the front end design and other UI elements.

PROS: The best aspect of the platform for me is its mobility. I can easily access it anywhere through my phone, from home, from the office, or anywhere else.

CONS: There were instances when it didn't provide us with the customization functions we need, which forced us to hire a developer to deploy those said functions. It would have been good to avoid further costs, but the product is still great overall.

PROS: The application allows you to customize the solution to your needs, lets you decide what your users can access, and change how your highlights will be displayed. The functionalities help ensure that your requirements are met. Additionally, transferring data to the site is pretty easy and simple.

CONS: Adjusting the front-end design isn't a simple task. You'll have to get familiar with the platform to do the process seamlessly and easily.

PROS: The ability to build mobile and web experiences gives businesses more opportunity to lure customers. The site built using this solution is also responsive, which means customers can easily access the site on any device, whether it is desktop, laptop, tablet, or mobile phone, without any issue.

CONS: Need to alter/update some elements to get the most out of the product.

PROS: I am able to create an online store with complex rules with ease.

CONS: I used Sandbox to build the site features, and it was quite challenging to get the code from Sandbox to PROD.

PROS: It is loaded with functions to satisfy our needs. It's also full of customizable elements. I've been a NetSuite user for over a decade now and NetSuite SuiteCommerce is a good addition to the ensemble.

CONS: Quite costly, especially with maintenance but I think it's worth every dollar.

PROS: SuiteCommerce offers loads of customization options, which are way more than the other website store solutions offer. Many aspects are under our control that we can make the site appear exactly as we want to without having to sacrifice NetSuite functionalities. There's also no need to integrate it with the other NetSuite products we're using because SuiteCommerce can directly work with them without setting up anything.

CONS: Maintenance. One webpage is linked to so much information and functions like file cabinets, scripts, and libraries that just an issue from one of them can be tedious to fix, especially for users who didn't take part in the design and implementation process.
