What do you like best about Netfabb?

File preparation, slicing, reparing for my 3D printing architectural models

What do you dislike about Netfabb?

Sometimes the software crashes on me. Sometimes the processing is slow. It may be due to the processing power

What problems is Netfabb solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it to repair STL files for my 3D printing architecture models. I also use the supports features.

What do you like best about Netfabb?

The custom file repair feature is best according to me.

What do you dislike about Netfabb?

The software is slow at times. It will sometimes take foreever to process some commands. Automated file repair can sometimes damage the file more than repair.

What problems is Netfabb solving and how is that benefiting you?

I used it to add supports for the 3D prints. Repair files for my 3D printer.

Decent Program

What do you like best about Netfabb?

I like the "repair" function of this program and use it to solidify all of my 3D models. Before the price increase I used the "slice" options frequently to prepare models for 3D printing, but have not used them in recent years.

What do you dislike about Netfabb?

Other functions do not work as well and are limited if you do not subscribe. I used it a lot more before they started charging for it. I do not think it is worth the money.

Recommendations to others considering Netfabb?

This program is good for viewing and repairing 3D models and other simple tasks, but requires a subscription for more advanced work. Even without the subscription I find the basic functions are make a huge difference in my 3D modeling work.

What problems is Netfabb solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Netfabb to make my 3D models solid so I can 3D print them and modify them further in other Autodesk programs. The "repair" function is invaluable when preparing models for printing, and it far more straightforward and easy to use than other Autodesk programs.

What do you like best about Netfabb?

We use Netfabb for proto type builds. SW is easy to use.

What do you dislike about Netfabb?

Uses up most of the RAM and sometimes leads to lag in operation

Used mainly for prototype preparation and builds
