What do you like best?

What I most like about Netbase Quid is the possibilities the platform give to it users, making it easier to create analysis and generate insights for a business. Currently, we use Netbase in many areas of our Business and this is the reason why we are glad to have Netbase Quid as a partner. If I needed to choose one feature that I like best, would be the possibility of creating analysis on the conversation related to a brand/products within minutes because of the creation of topics were built in a very well organized way, facilitating all the work we need to do to have the amount of information we collect on the platform.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing we dislike on Netbase Quid, but something I'd like to see improved is the demographics data that can mislead depending on the country you are doing your analysis. This is probably because of the source of data Netbase uses to provide Demographics insights that is based on United States sources, which mislead analysis outside United States.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I'd encourage people to use Netbase so more people could have the possibility of using a platform that helps and improve different areas of a business, not only those ones you know you are missing something, but once you have Netbase you start to find out that different areas could be improved through data decision/analysis.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As mentioned before, we use Netbase Quid for tons of areas on our business, for example: Sponsorship management, Insights on new contents for our fanbase, Social Media tracking, Influencers tracking, Sentiment around FURIA's brand, Sponsorship Product conversations and many others., I realized that Netbase could help different areas of our business, so I'm glad to dive into and find out every possibility we can do through Netbase Quid.

What do you like best?

Ability to splice and dice social conversation data in an intuitive way within the "Analyze" tab.

What do you dislike?

No real dislikes. If I am being picky, I wish there was further ability to customize the x and y axis of dashboard charts.

The NetBase 360 learning platform will teach you everything you need to know about the product! And if you still have questions, the support team is responsive and helpful.

My organization uses social analytics for a variety of purposes, including but not limited to informing campaign strategy, consumer insights, crisis monitoring and industry research.

What do you like best?

Quickly understanding sentiment drivers of our audience towards a product launch or campaign.

Looking at how followers interact on Twitter across competitors, talents, players, etc.

AI is most developed from all social listening tools.

The API.

What do you dislike?

Inflexibility of the platform. If you have used any BI tool or other tools within social listening, you will soon see that there are limitations in charting and dashboarding.

Writing boolean is limited, but AI helps to refine what you need to look into.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Had assumptions on followers & their behaviors. Now we can accurate group individuals based on their sentiment drivers to understand how we need to adapt in terms of marketing strategy.

Understanding the impact of campaigns to quickly adapt what individuals who speak negatively say and change the direction.

What do you like best?

NetBase has so many amazing features that allow you to slice and dice data to determine valuable consumer insights. It also helps to allow for proactive and reactive digital brand strategy.

What do you dislike?

Not much that I don't like, TBH. My only issues are from the scope of features allowed through my company's contract with NetBase, but that's not something I can really change.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Consumer Insights -- helps with determining creative optimizations, brand response and strategy for CSR initiatives, responding to social issues, and how to continuously make sure to align with client audiences.

What do you like best?

There are so many ways to really dig in to the data, to confirm why I'm getting a particular result. I can confidently show where the consumer insight (and corresponding sentiment) is coming from, and that it's an accurate assessment of that consumer post. That's the other part that's amazing - the sentiment analysis accuracy. And again, being able to confirm it and not rely on the tool just saying something is positive or negative, but letting me click through and filter/analyze in many ways to show me *why.*

What do you dislike?

They update the tool something like every other week, and that's not a negative, but I always seem to forget when it's happening and not having access at that moment can be a bother. It happens late at night, and there are popup reminders, but maybe this is more of a me problem ;)

Recommendations to others considering the product:

The next generation artificial intelligence keeps consumer understanding really on point and ahead of the curve, and NetBase is consistently innovating to ensure it has the most robust datasets available too. Its merger with Quid is exciting for this reason. I've been using both and look forward to seeing the consumer and market intelligence combo they offer continue to evolve.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Would be easier to list what I'm not, as I use it in every way possible - to predict trends, monitor consumer conversation, identify category white space, discover new audience segments, ensure brand health, capture competitive intelligence, identify and monitor influencers, detractors and their followers. The consumer journey capabilities are invaluable, helping reach consumers where they are, in ways that resonate, is a personal favorite as well. Using NetBase really drives home how little of what we assume about consumers is accurate. Their needs, wants, likes and dislikes are often surprising, sometimes even startling - and although it follows the news cycle, it's not lock and step aligned with it. So just looking at what's in the news is not enough. And uploading CRM and other data to analyze is super helpful too.

What do you like best?

The cross tab analysis is one of the coolest features I've ever seen in a tool. I love slicing and dicing the data to find insightful patterns. Clients and internal teams have been super excited to take these observations and put them into actions. We have been able to dive super deeply into themes and regions than ever before.

What do you dislike?

The least helpful part of NetBase is the engagement reporting since most of that data is typically available via social platforms with better accuracy.

What do you like best?

NetBase allows users to conduct comprehensive analyses of social media data with the tremendous number of domains and languages it supports. It enables its users to grasp a multi-faceted picture of what social media users are saying through offering a wide range of analytic perspectives on social media data. While its user interface is intuitive and straightforward, it also provides users with ability to filter data in complex methods when necessary.

What do you dislike?

It would be more helpful if dashboard are more customizable.
