The pricing is also pretty high which isn't great if you're on a tight budget.

We work with smaller businesses so NeoReach gives them access to top tier influencers they may not have otherwise had an in for. The most helpful part about NeoReach is definitely the data analyzing. They really do the work for you and track all kinds of things in easy-to-read ways that make it super easy to send our client's way.

There are a few resources that are not applicable to our smaller clients because NeoReach is designed for bigger brands. In the future, it would be great to see more features that are designed specifically for smaller brands or plans that allow you to choose smaller feature packages so smaller brands don't end up paying for a bunch of features they don't use.

If you're a bigger brand, this definitely the company for you. If you are a smaller brand, I recommend looking at the features and making sure you will utilize all of them completely but even still, they give you such great data I think it is worth it.

NeoReach also makes it super convenient to keep all of our influencer/campaign data right in one place in an easy-to-read format. All in all, our data is just easier to manage. I liked that I could easily search for macro influencers and get a basic idea of their audience and social reach.

I needed a tool that could look at micro and macro influencers. The problem I ran into with this tool is it seemed to only have large, macros influencers in its database, although the product manager I talked with said it should pull any @ name in Instagram. That wasn't my experience, many influencers I wanted to review I had to upload myself and I didn't feel I had the same results and stats. It didn't work out for me.

I recommend first deciding what type of influencer you're looking for. This tool works best for larger influencers, smaller influencers (with more than 1,000 followers) can certainly be imported into their platform.
