I like that we can utilize them for all of our shipping needs. Their products offer price-conscious solutions for any size business. It is easy to use and offers everything you might need to operate your business' shipping needs.

I think it is an easy, intuitive system with no flaws I have encountered. Our firm has been happy with everything we have encountered thus far.

We can handle all of our shipping needs in-house. So no more taking time to leave the office to address shipping issues. We can use our time more efficiently with Quadient.

Technical service at Neopost is nothing short or fast and reliable! Working for a small business that heavily relies on mailing solicitations, having working and effective machinery to do so helps us out! When we have issues with our folder inserter, an email to Neopost and technical service is scheduled within the next 2-3 business days! We could not be more satisfied with this.

There is not much dissatisfaction that I can say on behalf of Neopost. Their service on our office machine has always been greater than satisfactory!

With Neopost, we are able to be fast and effective use of our office supplies. We are solving marketing effectiveness. Getting our business rolling with the use of our resources at a greater rate then average has proven to be beneficial for us.

It allows us to print documents from any computer, even from any cell phone. It also allows you to configure printing, placing printing rules such as number of pages limit per computer and many other rules that are determined in the system. It also has a control panel where we can monitor the computers and devices connected to the network, the documents in queue, the number of pages and much more.

When there are many documents in queue, the system slows down and becomes cumbersome and does not allow to move to the next document to print, until the first one is cancelled and removed from the queue. I wish they would offer more printer configuration options, to be able to print to different types of printers and not just the models configured in the system. Their technical support did not respond diligently with the doubts we had at the beginning with the software configuration, so it took us time to get it up and running.

Without a doubt it is a software that I would recommend, because it has allowed us to be much more efficient with the company's resources, achieving great savings in the paper we buy. We are also more efficient and productive, printing our documents quickly.

We have had this software in the office for some time and have found it very useful to be able to print documents from any computer and even mobile devices that are configured within the platform. It is very easy to use and it certainly fulfills its function. Thanks to this software we can have much more control of everything that is printed within the offices, saving us a lot of money in paper invested in other activities that are not proper to the company. It has also allowed us to have more control and protection of our documents and information, since we can know what is printed from each computer or mobile device in the company.

I like being able to weigh up and find different shipping options all in one place. I would say the upside of using Neopost/My Quadient is having your tracking information at your fingertips.

While this program is worth the use, it has issues. One being it is online rather than a dedicated program which would make life simpler as far too many times their site just isn't working. The site is often slow to work, and when upgraded, they often leave out shipping methods we use every day (Media Mail). All shipping methods available through the postal service should always be included. Tracking a package takes a very long time in their system so I often copy the tracking information and track outside their system.

Despite issues that Neoship occasionally have they are the best for USPS shipping. Other we've tried do not have the same capabilities and have never prompted us to consider leaving Neoship.

I have no idea what they are doing to resolve issues.

OUR COMPANY USES NEOPOST TO SEND OUT OUR INVOICES TO OUR CUSTOMERS. IT IS VERY HELPFUL AND SAVES US A LOT OF TIME. WE NO LONGER HAVE TO PURCHASE BIG AMOUNTS OF PAPER, EVELOPES AND POSTAGE. WE STILL KEEP SOME ON-HAND BUT NOT LIKE BEFORE.

NEOPOST CAN SOMETIMES BE UNRELIABLE UNFORTUNATELY. WE HAVE MOMENTS WHEN IT WILL NOT LOAD OR WHEN WE GO TO SEND AN INVOICE TO A CUSTOMER AND IT FOR WHATEVER REASON DOES NOT GO THROUGH. THEY DEFINITELY NEED TO WORK ON THEIR FEATURES BEING MORE RELIABLE. THEN WE WILL LOVE IT!

I WOULD RECOMMEND NEOPOST BUT BE PATIENT AS THEY SEEM TO STILL BE WORKING THROUGH TECHNICIAL ISSUES. THEY DO SAVE US A LOT OF TIME AND MONEY WHEN THEY DO WORK.

WE ARE SAVING A TON OF TIME WITH NOT HAVING TO PRINT OUT INVOICES, STUFF ENVELOPES, ADDRESS ENVELOPES, APPLY OUR POSTAGE AND GETTING THEM TO THE POST OFFICE TO GO OUT IN THE MAIL. WE HAVE REALIZED HOW MUCH TIME, EFFORT AND MONEY THIS WAS TAKING OF OUR EMPLOYEES.

We like that its doest force us to lease the office. It simplified getting packages and mail out and prevented the occasional annoying trip to the post office to wait in line.

There were a lot of challenges to using it. The device used to weigh and price your mail was far from perfect. Many times it was unable to print the shipping label that was needed. Furthermore, the stamping feature was also a bit janky and rarely stamped your letter the first time.

If you have the patience to try a few times to get your mail stamped or a shipping label printed then this may be a good solution. But if you are close to a post office or have immediate access, then I wouldnt suggest neopost.

The problem that was solved initially was the ability to stamp and send out mail without needing to lease the office. It allowed for many employees to spend more time in the office and keep pace on their more important tasks.

The positives about using Neopost is having equipment on hand, such as the postage machine as well as folding and tabbing machines.

We send out quite a bit of mail daily as well as thousands of marketing pieces every other month. Neopost prevents us from frequently having to take standard mail to the post office and prevents us from having to outsource bulk pieces of mail.

Provides great service for shipping needs! We as a company use a lot of this service to mail clients/workers items. Great tool! Easier then having a worker manual do this.

Keeping organized, and keeping everything manageable. Turnover of staff and this helps us stay productive.
