Our experience with RDX has been nothing short of spectacular. We currently use them for SQL support as well as PowerBI/Data Warehouse support and design. They are always there when you need them. After hours support is excellent as well. My account manager is simply amazing! Their expertise in the areas I hire them for is quite high. When we have an issue, they are right there to resolve it.

Nothing comes to mind, If anything, I would say their billing could use some modernization.

Check referances. These guys are honest!

I do not have to hire an in-house SQL DBA. Using RDX is much more efficient and cost effective.

When it comes to this type of software, finding good quality versions is hard to find. This NaviSite software hits the sweet spot between technicality and ease of use

More customer support would be appreciated. I know the website has e-mails and numbers, but something built into the software would be greatly appreciated.

Extremely Responsive Phone Staff

Everything outside of phone staff. When you have an issue it takes a long time to get it resolved. Their outdated backup solution is limited, slow, clunky and oh-yea, outdated. Ask for a root cause analysis, and don't hold your breath.

Look elsewhere and save yourself the headaches. Savvis is a great solution if you need managed hosting.

Communication process from Support when there were issues.

I have 1 huge issue with NaviSite. The number of issues with there Data Centers including outages. We have one outage with them that lasted 8 hours.

Look around and remember, you pay for what you get.
