It is very robust and has an abundance of customizations suitable for any organization. It is easily navigating and is a one stop shop for process, risks, and controls.

It can be more user friendly and more productive with other competitors such as Archer GRC. Also, it is not much marketed thus is less able to be recognized amongst clients.

There are lag times once in a while but besides that it is a useful GRC Platform that handles Third Party Risk and Policy Management Risk effectively and efficiently.
