Honestly, there is not much to like, all other providers offer at least what names.co.uk offer. They are prompt in answering you if you have an issue- that is all good about them

I dislike the fact that they do not say in the very beginning that their amazing price does not include too much. Later you discover you need to pay for everything. For example, you want to set up on your phone the SMTP server to send emails and you realize you can't send emails from your phone unless you pay extra. I wanted to use the popular wordpress platform (which is free). They told me it is not free and I had to pay in order to use Wordpress (it never happened with other providers)
