Easy to use software for multiple os platforms. Customizable templates. Good customer and tecnical supports. Good implementation systems which customizes around your business requirements.

Would like to see employee training (Learing Management System) integrated into moble app. Disappointed 1Life got out of the health and safety consulting business.

The software provides an easy to use interface that employees on the job site. All the required inspections, forms and Safe Work Procedures are available through computers, tablets and phones. Management can review reports and inspections instantly with notifications of action required.

Their programing, always looking to make the tasks more refind, able to adjust and customize programing to suit,

there have been issues, and some took time to resolve, while others were fixed right away, But no real dislikes

This company's safety culture was almost nonexistent. With the help of 1 life, we are turning this around and have seen a reduction in injury claims as a result and a happier working atmosphere, and achieved S2SA certification with there help.

The user interface is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to navigate for most users. Customer support has been outstanding, always responsive and helpful. The ability to schedule safety-related tasks is a very helpful feature for assisting our operational folks in completing their various safety responsibilities. Moreover, the built-in learning management system is a standout, allowing us to create customized online training tailored to our company's specific needs.

I have no complaints about the safety software.

The software's due diligence mechanism has been a significant solution to our safety management challenges. It ensures that safety-related documents undergo a thorough review by supervision, guaranteeing that nothing slips through the cracks. The system's ability to assign and track outstanding action items to the appropriate individuals has streamlined our workflow. 1Life is able to provide a high-preforming software with a variety of different functions allowing adminstrators to tailor a company OHS program to meet their own needs and requirements, while being user-friendly.

The 1Life software can easily be implemented and integrated in any workplace from small to larger businesses. The customer support goes above and beyond to ensure clients not only are familiar software, but are meeting their goals of compliance.

Currently there are no drop down menu's, this can make certain aspects of form development tricky. Although, this is going to be added into an upcoming release.

Going paperless is one of the obvious benefits, although this software empowers employers to become industry leaders in fast pace and competitive environments where effective safety systems must be in place. Being able to identify hazards and keeping track of corrective actions can be challenging on paper and create major gaps for companies, where this software minimizes that liability.

Simple to use, regularly updated, huge library of documents to use as a reference or starting point in creating your own internal documents, good participation from staff and increased our compliance and record keeping. Has been accepted by a WSH inspection as appropriate documentation

Some older staff do not like giving up "paper" records.

Lack of documentation (solved), lack of internal training program (solved), understanding of the ever-changing requirements (solved), central location to find all safety documents, whether on the job site or at the office (solved!!!)

The staff is very knowledgeable and work with us in our unique company set up.

There can be a lot of content to navigate but can easily be rectified by speaking with their staff in order to simplify the process.

We recently had a health and safety inspector come by one of our locations. Our 1life manual was used exclusively to satisfy their initial concerns.

Is easy to use and very user friendly for all users in all age groups, satff easy to woirk with, covers almost every aspect of safety that we need

I really have become dependent on 1Life. In the beginning it was a tad hard to convert some staff to get into the habit of using the app. They all do daily. This eliminates “Misplaced paperwork” and also hold employees accountably for completing inspections daily or as task changes. The system also allows for an auditor to have all well documented time stamped and not altered required paper work. 1-Life also allows me as a trainer to keep accurate and current training records with reminders of upcoming training. Well worth the investment. When I have an inquiry I am answered very promptly which Is important so my days does not get delayed.

A lot of software updates which delays inspections at times.

Mis placed paper work, holding employees accountable for completing inspections daily.

I appreciate I can upload training certificates for our contruction team and I receive expiry notices.

I am able to add specific project numbers so our team can fill out the required documents and there is no confusion.

There is no downside or dislikes that I have encountered

There is no paperwork being brought in, the documentation is available quickly.

I can uplaod Safe Work Procedures for Projects so they are at the worker's fingertips instead of carrying a binder of paper.

I like how we can keep our documents in seperate labelled folders. Be able to sort them in alphabetical order, and also set an expiry date that way we are notified when something needs to be renewed (example - training certificate, license etc) Uploading documents is also quite simple as well.

1 thing I would like to see more of is training videos.

We use 1life for safety reasons. DHA's, other pre use documenation and storing our safety training documentation. Its been great!
