What do you like best about MyPCBackup?

MyPC Backup is not an expensive program and has excellent functionalities to store data. What I like most is that it is easy to implement and I can configure it quickly. I also like being able to organize backups either through files or choose entire folders. On the other hand, this tool has plans that will adapt to your needs depending on the number of computers.

What do you dislike about MyPCBackup?

I have no negative comments about this software in terms of functionality, but I consider that instead of having two desktop applications, one for backups and one for synchronizing file folders, it would be enough for both functions to be performed in one single main application.

Recommendations to others considering MyPCBackup:

I am very happy with the functionalities provided by this software. I consider that MyPCBackup has a good price, is easy to use and is a highly reliable software, so I recommend its use to the community.

What problems is MyPCBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?

MyPC Backup has allowed our infrastructure team to carry out scheduled backups in the calendar, without having to worry about data loss, since this software automatically generates the backup copies. I also appreciate the fact that the program works in the background without even using computer resources.

What do you like best about MyPCBackup?

I like MyPCBackup because I can schedule automatic backups according to the files that I previously selected. The best part is the synchronization of the files, which can be from the PC to a mobile device. The user interface in its different versions is very easy to use, so access to your files is guaranteed.

What do you dislike about MyPCBackup?

The program has problems to upload files of the same name but different format, since the software assumes that it is the same file and throws it as a loaded file, forcing the file to rename in order to upload it.

Recommendations to others considering MyPCBackup:

The best recommendation that a support engineer can give is to keep a backup of your data in a cloud service, so that data loss can be minimized. I recommend MyPCBackup for this task, as it allows you to schedule backups automatically and keep files securely, to which I can add that you can access from any device.

What problems is MyPCBackup solving and how is that benefiting you?

MyPCBackup saves us time to access files that we have stored on your servers, since we can access through the PC or through a mobile device. In addition, I can schedule weekly backups, so that the files on my PC are always synchronized without any risk of the computer being damaged.

Avoid

I did use their service for a year and it did work. I tried to cancel but an automatic payment was made late so I paid for a second year. Cancelled the auto payment and now 3 years later they are still bothering me. I tried the email address for cancellations and they are ignoring my request and still offering me discounts instead.

Taking money from my disabled 83 yr old…

Taking money from my disabled 83 yr old parents bank account , who don’t even own a computer , Emailed several times with no reply back .Have now taken this further with the banks .Disgraceful behaviour

They will take your money and run.

They are thieves, avoid like the plague! Took money from my PayPal after I cancelled.
I cancelled because When I did need to back up my files there was a problem with their storage and backups and they couldn't find my files.

Nur schrecklich

Habe vor 3 Jahren mir My PC Backup eingefangen, Auch zwei Jahre lang bezahlt. Kann nur davor warnen. Auch nach bestätigter Kündigung und definitiver Löschung des Programms vom PC kommen E-Mails mit dem Inhalt, dass man jetzt Premium-Kunde sei,
Für Fragen zur Rechnung wird man an ein Call-Center in Indien weitergeleitet. Auch als Frau mit Englisch-Studium, zahlreichen langen Aufenthalten in USA und UK sowie reichlich Erfahrung mit indischen Geschäftspartnern, konnte ich die Mitarbeiterin absolut nicht verstehen.
E-Mails an die Buchhaltung werden nicht gelesen sondern mit Antworten vom Sales-Department beantwortet, die pauschal einen neuen Abschluss vorschlagen

I was a paying PC Backup client for two years. My experiences with this company make me warn everybody to work with them.
Even after confirmed cancellation of the contract with them you get emails saying that you are premium client.
When you phone them regarding a billing question you get transferred to a call center in India. The lady there spoke with such a heavy Indian accent that it was impossible for me to understand her, although I spent a lot of time in the US and in UK and do have experience with colleagues in India.
My emails were not read by the billing department but answered with standard emails form the sales department, asking me to come back as customer.

Impossible to get off their mailing list - Got it by installing Speed up My Pc from Uniblue, and since then they constantly are trying to sell me their product.
